Worst Stewart's Ever the New hires need to be checked, denying people of age for alcohol . 2 legitimate IDs completely disrespectful. I'll Never step foot in a Stewart's again and will share my horrible experience with everyone for as long as I live .

Evans Mills store has the best customer service and the happiest crew I have ever seen.... highly recommended Stewart's. Kenzie, Kira, and the rest of the crew are the most outgoing and and happy people I have ever spoken too.... keep it up Evans Mills, you guys are incredible!!!!!!

Have used this Stewart’s for years but lately they are out of things that are normally available like dome coffee lids and tobacco brands. Yes it is nice but everyone isn’t as friendly as they used to be and the manager is crabby a lot. Manager parks by the back door so you can’t back a trailer up to the side of the building to air up tires definitely a different atmosphere in this store.

They never have donuts or muffins that not froze or wet like high price on all Stewart's items

The store manager, Jamie, was so rude to me yesterday while I was asking a simple question that I felt that maybe I did something wrong or came off rude myself, and it bothered me so much that after an hour of leaving the store I was still thinking about it so I posted on my personal facebook asking my friends if she is always rude or if it was just a fluke. I was shocked when about 20 different people replied with a definite answer that she is always rude and terrible to guests. I'm not sure how she ever managed to get her job, let alone keep it.

The 10 second interaction I had with her consisted of me asking her a question, while she was texting on her phone between the back desk and cigarette case, she didn't move or look up from her phone or anything and she didn't answer the question helpfully in any manner, so I reworded it. She then huffed, puffed, lowered her phone from her face, and walked to the register (where she should have been standing to begin with) with a clear look of annoyance and treated me as if I was interrupting her personal time. That's when I read her name tag and seen it said "store manager" and I honestly was so taken back I almost got rude and yelled at her. But, being a waitress for over a decade myself, I understand fully that customer service is stressful and sometimes as humans we are just having bad days, so I let it go. It's clear now though that the difference here is that she is having a bad day, every single day, by the response from my Facebook friends.

This lady seriously doesn't deserve a job as a cashier, let alone a store manager. Not only is she rude to guests who are complete strangers, I can only wonder how she treats her employees after also watching her get snooty with an older woman working, who asked for help once she had about 5 or 6 people in line, myself included. The older lady had to make my two iced coffees and there were a few people behind me so she asked for Jamie to open her register and Jamie replied "WHY" is the rudest and most annoyed tone, while texting from the back area by the cigs. This older woman should not have had to explain herself or why she needed help, but she had to say "well I have to make iced coffees and there are other people in line". While this lady made my iced coffees, which took a solid five minutes because she had to go to the cooler to get coffee, then all the way back to get ice...during that is when I had my interaction with the manager. Also, maybe if she had spent less time texting and more time working I wouldn't have had to wait 5 minutes to get 2 iced coffees because everything would have been fully stocked. Just a completely logical thought.

Y'all should take care of this problem before one of your customers do, because now knowing that she's always rude and unpleasant and unprofessional, I will not think twice about embarrassing her and asking her why she is such a miserable human being (to put it nicely for this review) in front of her employees and other customers next time I'm in her store and she is rude, which I'm sure will happen very soon. And I know there are plenty of people who would appreciate it. I have tons of screenshots to prove it.

So disappointed in Stewarts today. 1st time in all the years that I've lived in the Mills that I received horrible service. it was Completely horrible. I asked for assistance and was told the new person who was helping me had to learn. Where is the learning of customer service? What has become of Stewarts? I've lived here since 2005 and Never, not once ever been treated like I was today. I will rethink where I spend my money. Convenience is not worth the disrespect!

This is the second time since August that we've wanted hot fudge sundaes & the fudge was just a big lump & scorched.
Your specials this week are brownie sundaes & banana splits. You need the hot fudge sauce to make both of these.
We've' been coming here for 20 years.
We will be going somewhere else from now on.

Another great Stewart's location.

However, I am a bit biased considering I also work there part-time.

Kenzie is always enthusiastic and helpful when I come into the store. If they don’t have something I’m looking for she’ll even go the extra mile to look in the back.
