Clean, consistent, professional. Expensive for a bagel place? Yes, but you get what you pay for.

Highly disappointed with my order this morning. For one, it was not ready when I arrived to pick up the order but they also forget a part of my order. i think this place used to run better with Patty Courtney and Michelle...miss the good ole days. Thanks Sal for the HOT Bagels though!!

Worst customer service. If you ever place an order online, something will always be missing. And if you try to contact them then they will just hang up on you. Once could be a coincidence but it can not be a coincidence multiple times specially when one of the person admitted to me that they hung up on me because they won’t refund money for missing items.

This is a real bagel shop. The bagels are not just baked like most places here they are boiled like a true bagel should be. The staff went out of their way to assist us and it was very well appreciated. The bagels were divine and cooked perfectly you can tell they know what they are doing. This is a must stop place in the area to really taste true carbs.

I rarely stop in this place but was passing by in the morning so got some breakfast bagel sandwiches and they were amazing! Love the freshness and flavor of the bagels! The workers were all very pleasant, welcoming, and caring. Will be back for sure for everything bagel!

I love the amount of options you have to choose from. The iced coffee was decent as well. The quality of the food is great, however I feel that the prices are a bit much for the size of the bagel. For two bagel sandwiches & two iced coffees, the bill was $18. I could’ve gone to a diner and had way more food for that price. Staff is friendly though. I would come again. I would come more often if the prices were more affordable

It was loud with music playing in my ears. I felt rushed, could not eat inside, nor outside. The sandwich was OK AND cost a little to much. I don't recommend Bruegger's at this time.

I know one thing, if I come here I leave happy. Food is very good and does not taste industrial. Love the bagels.

Very disappointed this morning. My bagel hardly had any cream cheese on it. I should've taken a picture and shared it. Normally you can see the cream cheese and the amount that was put on the bagel looked as thick as a slice of processed cheese.
I used to think this was the best bagel place around. As of today not so much.

A decent establishment for snack sized bagels and run of the mill brewed coffee. I always receive excellent service from every Brugger’s I visit. The product is very consistent from location to location, albeit nothing exciting. It would be nice if they also carried sandwich sized bagels or “adult” sized bagels as I like to refer to them.
