Very kind and knowledgeable local roaster. Clean and inviting store. Great in house coffee and I'll always pick up a bag when I'm in the area. Also first time I had cold brew coffee explained to me. Would highly recommend.

Stephen knocked me out with a beautifully bright Ethiopia Hambela, back in 2015 I believe. I've been a friend and supporter of his coffee roasting ever since. This new Brewtus Roasting space is really cool. He's running a traditional lever style espresso machine and serving a variety of seasonal coffees in pour over. With neighbors making beer and mead...this is a must stop.

First time here and It was an absolute perfect experience, their coffee espresso is amazing . Very nice service and a calm place to drink you coffee and just be in your own peace. Highly recommended if you’re coming to Albany!!

Excellent coffee in a not-so-excellent location. I like quiet little coffee shops and local places, but when it's too quiet I worry those awesome places won't get enough business. Go! Drink coffee (or get lost trying).

Great coffee! Tucked away with unique personality and quality coffee any way you like it. It has that handcrafted brewery vibe but, with coffee!

First of all, girl in their store asked for my e-mail address to send receipt, yelled “OMG!” Thought something happened, then she explained, “As you know, AOL is not a thing anymore, thought only my parents used it.”
I was semi-amused but surprised and struck by her immaturity and by how insulting and unprofessional this was in terms of customer service.
Then I was e-mailed someone else's receipt, however- my credit card had been billed accurately.

And- the coffee?... I could not finish the free sample cup, a light roast, which was bitter, as were the darker roast beans I had purchased. Hate to sound so negative, but no, I do not recommend.

We order coffee beans monthly from Brewtus Roasting. Excellent coffee and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful coffee shop with ample outdoor seating, friendly and informative staff, and in a great location that makes it easy to drop in for a quick cup or a relaxing sit-down.
