Freedom of Espresso

Coffee was fine but not great. No food choices. It's a super cute place but the staff person on duty literally couldn't wait to have to not help us and sit at her computer.

Very cute, very clean. Historic building. Staff friendly and curtious. I stopped in with a special needs person and staff was very helpful and patient. A little more expensive than DD, but MUCH higher quality and MUCH better service. "Local and organic". No one else in the area can claim that that I am aware of! I highly recommend stopping here.

I had a caramel spice chai and it was amazing! They also have the best cookies and brownies. They melt in your mouth. The customer service is very good 👍. You won't be disappointed.

First time I have received such incredibly rude service at the Camillus location. The young counter clerk was chatting with friends on her laptop and delayed in tending to the counter. When she finally noticed she had a customer she kept her earbuds in and asked “what do you want.” She didn’t hear my order because she still had her ear buds in. I repeated my question and she turned and stared at the coffee. I asked if she knew the answer and her short reply was yes. She poured my coffee and left the counter to go chat online before I even finished paying. I told her she was rude and she said (from her seat at her computer) “If You’re gonna rude....” I explained again to her she was rude and terrible and she laughed and proceeded to chat online. Freedom of Espresso? Expect a call and an email. This employee is not doing your business any favors.

Clean, pleasant young lady to help one pick and explain menu. I enjoyed being in Village of Camillus and having good coffee and smiles. Scone was yummy.

I discovered this shop today.; all I can say is, "Wow!" Very friendly service and excellent chai tea. I connected to this place, and I'll return.

Just showed up around 10 minutes before 8:00 a.m. and shop not open.

Yumm!! Who makes the muffins n scones? Off the diet again!!

Those lofts, the barbershop across the street and this coffee shop are bringing the village of Camillus back from the vacant eyesore it used to be. Keep it up!

The coffee is always consistent and delicious, the staff is always friendly 🙂
