The decaf espresso I ordered was extremely bitter and the chocolate chip cookie was average at best but overall the atmosphere here is on point with a vibe of a laid back cafe, one where you'd go to to study or handle some work.

Good prices for the neighborhood. More, and more comfortable seating than average. I had a very good Americano and a mediocre chocolate croissant, but it was only $3. I’d be here more often if I were closer

Half the baristas are nice, half are grumpy, but it really doesn’t matter because they make the best mocha cappuccino in the hood.

The chia tea wasn't all that great for the price, and for the food to be high price, the tables wasn't cleaned, nor even the floor, and the atmosphere. Its a beautiful place, and vibe, but not the cleanliness of the place. The cookies, and pastry was delicious tho. Definitely would try them again .

Staff is friendly and there is a lot of great seating. But I personally wasn’t a fan of the coffee. I got a cappuccino and the espresso was sour and the milk was over steamed leaving it burnt and bubbly (instead of mircofoam)

Did Google really say I went to this coffee shop. I don't remember....actually if I did its a blur. When it comes to coffee I do my own at home, thank you very much. I know I get around obviously yet overlooked this cozy place. Thank you Google !

This has been my go-to coffee spot since I moved to the area. The large coffee may not be as large as the many other coffee shops around, but it tastes much better.

Variety Coffee is one of the best local roasters out of Brooklyn. Im usually grabbing my beverage "to go", but decided to soak up the chill atmosphere the day after Christmas. The cafe is usually bustling and there is rarely never a place to sit. But on this day, I sat next to their lovely tree and took in the subtle pine scent. Their coffee is super flavorful, which makes a delicious oat milk latte. Their pastries are by far some of the best in the area, especially the muffins. My fav is the blueberry, pumpkin, cranberry -- super moist and tasty. The space is reminiscent of what I'd imagine an old apothecary shop to be -- warm wood bar and brick walls give the space a cozy, welcoming feel. Staff is friendly and ready to make you the best drink! Glad I took a moment to sit and take it all in today.

My favorite spot in my neighborhood to grab a coffee and do some work. It’s a great space with lots of tables that are close to electric outlets (a must when working remotely). It’s some of the best espresso in Bushwick!

2022 update: 13 small tables with 2 chairs at each table. About 1 outlet per seat. Plenty for a long day of work. The Wi-Fi is good enough for email and streaming. Maye you should upload your 4K YouTube video at home. Makes my list of best coffee shops to work from.
