Been Orso costumer since they open , today two girls were serving ,they were very unprofessional. literally every order was messed up . Came in at 8:17am there was 4 ppl ahead of me and I ordered late. I’ve been waiting for 10 min then I saw they calling ppl who ordered after me , they called at least 7-8 different cappuccinos - lattes. Then I reminded them and waited another 15 minutes and my Late was still different taste then I ordered. I left Orso at 8:45 am

First, I’ve only been here once. I had a doctors appointment in the area and was early so decided to grab a quick breakfast here. I ordered a brewed coffee and a spinach and cheese turnover. The coffee was good, but the pastry was not edible for me, it seemed to be old and stale. I would come back, again the coffee was good, maybe it was a bad day to order food there.

Love coming in here for a coffee - it's one of the better coffee shops in the area. Staff is quick and pleasant. They also have good jams playing. Bonus points for my baby's stroller fitting inside ;)

Orso has become a home away from home for me. I am here many times throughout the week to study, relax, or for a quick drink on the go. The staff is so amazing and they are what makes the coffee shop the best one in Sheepshead Bay. Erika, Stacey, Gus, Jeff, and Danny are a great team and you can tell they enjoy what they're doing and connecting with customers. Also, their products are the highest quality and you can really taste the difference in their coffee. I highly recommend visiting Orso to anyone who truly enjoys coffee and good vibes.

Great cozy place! Free fresh water with lemon (very healthy, alkalizing effect in body). Amazingly fresh Colombian coffee. Nice & friendly employees. Nice and ample seating area. Can't ask for more. If you're in the area, check it out...I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in this area! I go here whenever I want to "treat" myself, as some prior reviews mention, it's a bit pricey, but I would say it's worth it!
The chocolate croissants are the best I've had in forever!
Also, one review mentioned that it's too noisy to work/study. Perhaps at certain points (but isn't it great that it's well liked?) but I've also relaxed here for one+ hours in the morning (btwn 8-10am, on various weekdays) and it also says lulls.
It's a lovely space, and best of all, the staff is phenomenal. Friendly and upbeat--they always act like you're the only customer, when you order!
I've had Various lattes here. The flavor choices are awesome too! Had a lavender latte that was groovy!
Try it, I bet you'll like it! 😉☕
Note: There is no public restroom and outside seating was available during the good weather only (I hope they continue to offer it "post-pandemic")

Great spot to have cup of coffee. I drink oat cappuccino almost every day and very few places in NYC could make it right. Beautiful and delicious. And this is one of them. Barista is a real professional l. I Recommend.

Nice little small shop with great coffee. Super nice staff. Location is a little bit loud so not sure about using it to study or work.

My friend introduced me to this coffee shop. Their coffee is the best i’ve tried for years. They definitely worth the driving time. I got large latte with 2 sugars and a donut with Boston cream. It was melting in my mouth. Thank you for such an excellent job!
