Cute place to get coffee. Unfortunately my iced latte wasn't very strong and it was mostly milk. But there are other coffees and pastries that were good.

The owner of this place is terrible! the way he treat his costumers is the worst way ever! I was kicked out of this place because I was eating my bagel with a coffee they sold! Insane! They don't even sell Bagels!

About a trillion positive things happening in this place: the logo is bomb; owners are bomb; food and coffee are top-notch. You really feel transported to another world here and feel and are immersed in gentle and charming Italian hospitality. I will be a frequent patron :)

Stumbled upon Corto and decided to give it a try before rushing home to avoid a storm. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough, but the owner generously offered access to the partially covered (huge Umbrella) patio, so my friend, myself and our dog could wait out the pouring rain. The Shakernato I ordered was delicious and I will definitely be coming back to try the sandwiches.

It is like the cocktail of coffees ;)
Forget about going out for alcohol drinks, go get your “coftail” at Corto!

Nice staff and nice atmosphere

I will not return to Corto even though this place is steps from my home. After 2020, I'm done patronizing places that treat me and my money as less than.

re: response from the owner (5/24)--you have the wrong L. Phillips! None of that happened. I ordered two ice coffees and a burrata salad, sat outside with my friend who ordered a sparkling water, iced coffee, and a sandwich (which was MUCH BETTER than my salad, btw). My friend brought out a laptop and we chatted a bit and then some man leaned out the door and said we couldn't stay and use our laptops on a weekend. It bothered us because 1) he could've come up to us and quietly said this-everyone was looking at us and it gave me "hurry up and buy" teas and 2) there isn't a sign that says "no laptops on weekends" but there is a large sign that says no dogs yet person after person entered with a dog and were not admonished. Seems like there are different rules for different people.

I stand by my original assessment and I'd give you negative 5 stars for your haughty, incorrect response.

I stopped in for a coffee as I was walking by, and left more refreshed by the nice vibe from the staff and patrons. Thank you for the lovely energy, and the coffee!

Fantastic little place with a great atmosphere and lovely staff. When I had an issue with some beans I purchased they very graciously resolved it straight away. Thanks Corto!

Cristiano brought a piece of Italy to Bed Stuy. Not just any piece of Italy, but the most exquisite, meticulous and delicious piece. His food is incredible. Hospitality is second to none. Thank you for opening in the neighborhood.

Quickly became a neighborhood favorite and a not-so-best-kept secret. Amazing sandwiches, salads, and coffee options.
