None of the coffee shops in Bronxville are particularly good, and this place gets too much credit for simply not being Starbucks. The service is so incompetent and clueless it’s laughable, almost offensive. The espresso drinks are weak, burnt, and stale too. I’m going to have to assume that no one is training the staff how to pull a shot or the basic principles of customer service. What I will give this place is that it’s comfier to hang out at if you don’t feel like going to a restaurant or bar, and it’s definitely a meeting place for locals. If you’re passing through town though, don’t bother.

Best coffee you can buy in Westchester County! Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area, my personal favourite is the iced house brew. Prices are also very reasonable!

This is a really great local coffee shop! It was very busy when we went, but every barista was still super nice, attentive, and fast. Even with everything going on, they were also still aware of keeping the covid capacity in check and politely telling people to queue outside when it got to be to many. Also the mocha I had was a damn fine cup of coffee! Loved it and definitely returning!

Coffee was decent . Cheese Danish was very good. They rush to complete your order before asking you if you are finished giving the complete order. They should also ask if customers want their snacks heated as well. Lastly, they have music playing right where customers place order, which makes it tough for the cashier to hear the order.

Great cafe spot to sit and chat with friends, get work done, or read a book. Always friendly and helpful staff that make the experience of the place even better. One of the best spots in Westchester.

I waited on a fairly long line and ended up with a hot coffee that wasn't actually that hot. So that was disappointing. My sister was with me and her drink wasn't hotter than mine but not hot hot either. It was a tasty cup though so I'd still go back if I'm in the area again.

Coffee smells great! They have different flavors and the place smells great!!
I gave 4 stars because the service wasn’t that great.
They also have different coffee flavors that they can grind it for you to take home.

The coffee here is amazing and such a cute environment, but the customer service is obnoxious. I understand that they remember and attend to their regular customers but they should wait on line to receive their orders like the rest of us. Now that we have mask on, and I'm not there everyday like their regular coffee drinkers, they get my order wrong. I think their customer service needs to improve by treating their customers the same or just have another line for their regulars. I tip every time I'm there but if I see someone behind me getting their order before mine, I don't tip at all. It's called waiting. I hope they figure out some sort of system.

I first got a mocha with almond milk. Very good, but could have been hotter. The next day I wanted to try something different, so I got the matcha with almond milk. I think the guy put too much matcha. I got sick from it. I did go back yesterday for another mocha with almond milk, which was very good, but, again, could have been hotter. Still, a well needed change from Starbucks. I'll come back. Not for matcha, though. PS the cranberry, pumpkin muffin was delish, but when asked where/who baked them, the barista had no clue.....1/11/22, okay I have edited this review and deducted 2 stars. I was trying to find an alternative from Starbucks, so I thought I'd come here. You know, support a small business. Sorry to say that yesterday was my last visit: I ordered my regular: small mocha , almond milk, extra shot. the guy poured half whole milk when I mentioned I ordered almond milk. He then proceeded to pour almond milk on top of the whole milk. I asked him to make a new one. He charged me $5.75. I paid $4.00 one time, $5.12 another, now $5.75 for the same drink! Hmm?
