This place brings a tear to my eye. What an amazing space and an amazing feeling you get when you walk into this restaurant - peaceful, tranquil, safe. This is what it supposed to feel like at a vegan joint. It has such a warm and welcoming Vibe and the food was absolutely amazing. I happened to meet the owner, Sara, who was serving and she was super Pleasant. This is a place is an absolute gem. 10 stars

Very helpful server. Staff were nice. Food was yummy. The mac & cheese had a surprising spicy. The zucchini muffin was 11 stars out of 10. Good sandwich too.

Stopped here on our trip home from Ithaca to Orange County. My online reservation had gotten wonky so we didn't actually have one and the staff was super cool and accommodating. Food was delicious and beautiful. Hope to return soon, YUM!

Buffalo crunch wrap & Truffle fries.
I loved the beautiful space that transported you back in old town. Sometimes you never know the options there are into the city you drive through. And finding this on the google map made our day and the food was so delicious.
The staff where amazing and the environment was so inviting that I didn’t want to leave.

I've been wanting to try this place for a very long time. We wanted to try a bit of everything, but I was most interested in trying the "meat" to see if it really tasted like meat.
The appetizer was a garlic bun with cream cheese in the middle. It was so tender that we didn't need a knife to cut it. It was very tasty, but different than we thought it would be as it had a little sweetness to it. The cheese was VERY creamy!
The burger on the Big Maxine was the exact flavor and texture of ground beef. I wouldn't be able to taste the difference - honestly! I was very impressed, but don't be afraid to eat it with a fork as it was fall-apart deliciousness!
I had the truffle fries with the burger and they were cooked to perfection. My only complaint, if there was any, is I couldn't taste the truffle. Maybe adding bits of mushrooms might make a difference? Still, I wasn't disappointed.
I did have a bite of the crunch wrap and it tasted just like the description. The black beans were wonderful and had a nice kick to them. The wrap was cooked to perfect crunchy goodness.
The Mac and Cheese was creamy with a sweet nutty flavor. I'm not a fan of regular Mac and Cheese, so this wasn't a big hit for me.
We then had a blonde brownie with blueberry drizzle that was easily broken in half with our hands as it was moist in the middle. The blueberry drizzle was tart, yet sweet.
They had a big beer selection, mocktails, and sodas as well as iced teas.
More good things about the restaurant was the straws were biodegradable as were the paper carry-out containers. Everything is locally sourced, so they are a step ahead in the aspect of supporting local and sustaining the planet with a low carbon footprint. Because food is seasonal, their menu changes so the current menu can be found by scanning the QR code on the tables - their wifi password is also under the QR code.
They did have a retail section with many local things available to shop from including food items, beauty products, and Parlor City Vegan clothing.
I would definitely eat here again, and though I very much enjoyed the burger, I am interested in trying other menu items.
Very much worth the visit! Many others thought so as the place was packed when we went.

I jump at any excuse I get to go to Binghamton, just to visit PCV. We’re over an hour away, and I bring home takeout at least once a month. (Hint: For takeout, get the fries frozen and throw them in the air fryer when you get home. They’re perfect!) We’ve tried almost everything, and we also love all the different specials. The only disappointment we’ve had was the spicy hen sandwich. As others have mentioned, the mac n cheez is phenomenal! If you get the chance to attend one of PCV’s special event dinners, go for it! Their creativity is amazing! I’ve been vegan over 30 years, and PCV is one of my top 5 restaurants anywhere in the world. Thanks PCV!

I absolutely loved this place. It's like American food for vegans, so we got fries, burgers, etc. all vegan. The ambience is also very nice, looks very clean and the staff is kind. I got the maxine burger (I think), no regrets. They also had some nice hot teas.

i’ve been here a few times and it’s good! great atmosphere & tasty vegan food! id say it’s a TAD overpriced for the portion sizes though. but, the service is always great!

The staff are so sweet and love the atmosphere here. I'm happy to see a vegan place in Binghamton, but the food I got was a little lacking in flavor. I got the fried Mac n cheese balls, the Oreo milkshake, and the skeptical goes to buffalo. All of them were lacking in flavor to me (especially compared to Strong Hearts in Syracuse). My friend said the burgers were great though, I'll have to come back and try some different items.

Stopped here on a busy Saturday afternoon (SUNY Binghamton Graduation Weekend). Even though we didn’t have a reservation the staff was gracious and offered us a seat at the counter. We had their famous Crunchwrap’s. Regular and Buffalo. Staff is awesome food was outstanding. If your in the area vegan or not this is the place to stop in and have a great meal. I will be back when my travels permit.
