Coffee Planet Ballston Spa

Super cute place with lovely staff. Got a chai and plain bagel with cream cheese- not hard to mess up, but nonetheless enjoyable. Great lighting and mood! They accept card with no minimum which is nice. Very glad we stopped by!

Never really been a fan, most of it seems rushed, was confronted in the past by an employee/part timer who's 20-21 now over my public views

Food and coffee tasted good, but there was 100% cream cheese on my sandwich which was not listed on the menu. So fellow lactose intolerant people beware. If someone who works here sees this please just list cream cheese in the description.

Amazing environment all around wholesome place, would go here every morning if I dident live so far away. Could easily spend hours here, the customer service and overall shop couldn't be improved in my eyes there's not a single thing I dislike about it. 10 outta 10 would Glady revisit an recommend to all near by, it is a must stop if you're passing through town. I did not rant an rave about this place for now reason overall best cafe I've ever been to forget Starbucks come here instead they're locally owned! Will be coming back for sure!

Nice area and store looks really cool, this review is only for the coffee not the baked goods. The coffee tasted like I was eating coffee grounds. It was really bad in my opinion and my husband who loves strong coffee also agreed. Ontop of that the people weren't very friendly. I have to say wasn't expecting bad coffee from a coffee place.

Take out still works well. Take out service is a 4. Coffee is cold mid day. My friend that was smoking was warned in a nasty tone not to smoke. It is outdoors. I felt bad for her.
Coffee Planet has lost its friendly vibe. Must be covid stress. Wait a few more weeks before you sit.

Excellent breakfast sandwich (salmon and cream cheese on everything bagel) and their lattes are fantastic! The people working there are also pretty awesome! Highly recommended!

Milk shakes and cookies were great and reasonably priced.

A true community watering hole, and my favorite local coffee shop. The coffee, teas, cocoas and espresso drinks are all excellent. The food is also very good. The atmosphere is pleasantly laid back, so you'll feel comfortable whether you are meeting a friend for coffee, having a casual business meeting, getting a treat for your kids, or getting some work done.

Happen to have visited during the memorial day parade but despite the wait to order everyone was very nice! Had our order in under 5 minutes and they do not have plastic straws!!! Amazing to see, keep it up.
