Bard College dining cafe. Food is mediocre at best. Prices for snacks and refrigerated items are pathetically inflated. Kombucha: $6. In terms of made-to-order, there are a few good options. You may wait long for food. You may not get what you ordered. Some items are on the kiosk menu but they don’t actually have them. beware. fried eggs are only fried hard like hockey pucks, you get no choice. no seasoning on anything. bring your own hot sauce and seasonings. limited vegetables. bad veggie burger. most employees are nice. open all day. i miss the human order takers. boo kiosks!
Listen its not easy to be in that job im assuming, with all of those orders. However i would not recommend it unless u enjoy this type of food. Vegan options are available. Long wait times are common. My friends often go to the dtr, it seems to be fairly popular on the campus. Bar College is the campus is the campus its located on but parkhurst is operating. The cafe is coffe ive never had a baked good from there. Definitely on the campus culture. Student review/
Newly renovated dining spot at Bard College. Friendly and helpful staff with great personalities. The only downside is that since most items are made to order, you will wait a bit.
Foods okay, but with the new update it feels a little robotic. The biggest problem is that there is nowhere to sit if there's more than 7 people. People end up sitting on the ground to wait for their food. It's kinda sad. It really doesn't make much sense for a Campus Center
50th reunion. 1965 the drinking age was 18. Down the road was a short walk. Dancing every night. No etoh at this DTR coffee shop but I had a great lunch from friendly people behind the counter.
Good place for a quick bite that Bardians are relegated to. Food varies depending on who prepares it. Do not get the sushi; too expensive for so little.
College student or visitor, DTR is a convenient place on campus to get a quick bite for under $5.00. They have a grill, coffee machine, prepared and premade food items.
A good place to go if you're on the meal plan and sick of Kline food. Thank god for the addition of sushi, especially when the line goes out the door for the grill.

I had the bacon cheese burger. You order on the electronic kiosk. Then find a seat. The Lady will call your name when the order is ready.

It is a warm and homey place to go for coffee, grab n go foods, and other foods that are cooked fresh every day.
