Great food, friendly service! We stopped in for breakfast before a visit to Carlsbad. The breakfast burrito was delicious. Fresh New Mexico green Chile sauce is a must.

The Cactus Cafe is where it’s at! House made recipes, dishes made from scratch. Very flavorful food. Something new and different every week. Chef knows what he’s doing, always making creative dishes. Some of these old food pictures from the past definitely doesn’t do these new dishes justice! Definitely recommend going by and seeing what the Cactus Cafe is all about! ( Don’t forget to ask about the Specials or you might miss out!)

Average food, not much variety, nothing special, a bit noisy with not very comfortable chairs and pretty poor service. My wife had to get up and chase down the waiter.

Great hot breakfast on the road. Michelle was an attentive waitress and Mario was friendly and engaging. I loved hearing the history of White City. I hope to be back.

The food is great! The staff is welcoming and attentive. The chef personally came out to our table to check on how the food tasted and thanked us for our business. Will definitely be back!

Cute place just outside of the national park. Great place to fill up the tummies before or after the caverns.

My family and I visited this nice restaurant on Wednesday after having visited the caverns. It was a quaint little place to visit. The food wasn't the best but was tasty. I would like to highlight Michael who was our server. Although he was very busy multitasking with other duties, he was very patient with our special orders. His attentive demeanor was very sincere and he made us feel valued and welcomed. The other two female servers who happened to be working that day could improve their attitudes, but Michael made our visit worth while. Thank you Michael! :)

We ate here on May 5, 2021. Despite the negative reviews, we had a very enjoyable dinner. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated and our drink order taken. When the drinks quickly arrived we ordered dinner. I ordered the Burrito combo and my wife the soft taco plate. The food was very good and the quantity more than we could finish. We can’t understand the negative reviews as we had a great experience and recommend the Cactus Cafe.
