The Coffee Apothecary

Finally got to check this place out, and Pablo was rockin the bar solo with a line out the door no sweat and with grace and skill. Fantastic espresso, amazing shop, superb service. Add this to your list of elite coffee shops.

These people make the best cup of coffee in New Mexico! Their roasting is meticulous and gives it flavor unlike any other cafe. Run, don't walk, to the Coffee Apothecary.

Very good service, friendly staff, good pastries but they are gone too early before noon. The young barsita seemed to remember me even after a 4 month absence on.my part. Nice to be remember. Also very good coffee's.

Good coffee and nice looking building

Hmmm... you are not permitted to get espresso shots to go, but if you order an Americano (hot water added to the espresso), then it's fine. Arbitrary rules like this are ridiculous. The barista--not the cashier--was very friendly, though.

I looove this place, after two visits they remembered my preferences and the staff is always friendly, helpful and happy. I'm from Phoenix and wish there was such a cool place there! The atmosphere is welcoming and of course there's wifi and they have a beautiful minimalistic interior design. Try it out, you'll like it!

Best coffee I have ever had!

Both the coffee (with a shot of espresso) and blueberry scone were delicious. Watch the line during mid-late mornings. The place gets very busy.

This place is woderful! Full stregth genuine expresso. It is very clean and has a peaceful environment.
There were three if us who came in together... My son ordered expresso, his wife mocha cappuccino and I had a caramel latte with a fuller cap. It came just as I orderd it. Mmmmm delicious!!!
It was perfect. Not overly sweet either and just enough steamed milk.
I really dislike when there is to much milk in a latte. It is definately not like that here at this place. Love it!

Great Italian style cappuccino, not too hot, not too large and with just the right amount of milk and foam (not the usual oversized, boiling hot overly milky Starbucks imitation I've come to dread in this part of the world). The cold brew is amazing, too!
