Awesome coffee shop, great ambiance, and fantastic coffee! True coffee connoisseurs and very passionate about their trade. Enjoyed the pour over Egyptian coffee Pablo prepared for me, and I just wished you moved to NYC so I could come see you often!

Hands down the best coffee shop in Northern New Mexico. The drinks are always made perfectly; must run in the family. The atmosphere is friendly and the employees go above and beyond to make your experience great. If you are a fan of espresso drinks this is a must stop as you passed through Taos.

This is the cleanest, nicest, friendliest place to enjoy coffee in Taos! Free wifi, the staff is so accommodating, and the bathroom is always immaculate. I love this convenient location with plenty of parking and fresh outdoor seating area on the patio with a view of the mountain!

I went here every day I was in Taos. It was my go to coffee shop. The cool vibe just oozes off of every corner of this place. Even the bathroom keeps up with the cool and hip decor. They roast their own beans, and on two occasions when I came in, beans were being roasted, so the smell inside the shop was divine. They offer a variety of unique and housemade non-coffee options. They have a variety of teas, plus matcha. They also offer alternative milks for vegans and those who are trying to avoid dairy. The offer pastries, but those sell out early in the day. The place was always crowded, but it is not too difficult to find a place to sit, despite the crowds.

We are coffee snobs who’ve lived and traveled and sample coffee all Over the world and can safely say this is some of the best coffee we’ve ever had ! (Cold brew and americano). Only thing I’d the waitress making coffee is also handling payment with the same hand which is already unhygienic especially during covid otherwise it was be a solid 5 stars.

Being from Taos, I've been around and around the local coffee shops over the years. Coffee Apothecary is in its own league. From the beautifully clean, airy, bohemian ambiance, to the perfectly, expertly pulled espresso, this is possibly the very best coffee ever I've had outside of my own home.
My son and I sat so comfortably at the window bar for over an hour, needing to kill time, and yet never becamed uncomfortable. Even though the cafe area was packed, it was a quiet pleasant place to hang out.

Great coffee shop! One of the best lattes I have ever had. In house roasted beans, doesn't get any better than that. Give yourself an upgrade from other boring bland coffee shops, you won't regret it.
