This place is not only beauty but very delicious.
I ordered the green Chile blue corn enchiladas and it was amazing! I normally shy away from beans but I decided maybe they where better then what I knew back home. DAMN was I right! Everything was seasoned just right to give it a wonderful palate taste. My friend ordered the green Chile stew and we ended up sharing. It was also super amazing and both dishes had very good portions. Our server was delightful and attentive but not pushy. Definitely a good place to stop in if your in town!

Ordered some green chili Alfredo.
There was WAY too much pasta. The wet noodles diluted the cheese sauce and green chili sauce. Not enough flavor and sauce for the pasta. Using half the pasta would make for a better meal and save the company money increasing their profit.
Chicken is a dry flattened breast portion or tenderloin. Not bad tasting but not great either. Better served as a grilled chicken sandwich I imagine.
Lots of 3.x star restaurants in Santa Rosa. Would be awesome to see one of them try for 4+. Santa Rosa is a pretty cool town. Could be a first rate dinner stop.

We were staying at the motel across the parking lot and decided that even though it was fffreezing outside we would walk over and try the local fair. The wait to be seated was quite long, but the merchandise area was interesting and kept us occupied. We had the fried mushroom appetizer then I had the Chicken New Mexico and my wife had the Mushroom Jack Fajitas. The service was awesome and the food well prepared and presented. The breading on the fried mushrooms wasn’t my favorite, but it was good. All in all it was good experience.

Have eaten here numerous times over the past 20 yrs with mixed results. The food is generally good, but the service can be a bit underwhelming at times.
Ordered their usual special, Sante Fe Enchiladas with beans and posole. The blue corn chicken enchiladas were tasty as usual: And I do actually like their pinto beans, as apposed to the generic refried beans served most places. However, I would’ve preferred some Mexican rice in place of the posole; but they no longer serve rice. Chips n salsa were ok, but nothing special. Overall the food this visit was actually really good.
Service this visit was actually much better than the norm: Order was taken quickly, and everything brought out piping hot, and in a timely manor. So no complaints at all this go around.
Overall: Though this place can drive me nuts at times, with its inconsistency, it’s still a good place to grab some authentic New Mexican type food. And giving the fact it’s been here forever, it’s definitely worth a try. Just go in with an open mind, as things here are rarely consistent…..

The steak fajitas were excellent and the Bud was cold. Great service and a cool little gift shop. This is a nice place. It can get busy, and I had to wait 25 minutes to get a table. Worth the wait.
