The Mud Hut by Agapao Coffee

The best coffee I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. While you can get their coffee at several places in the area, go straight to the source. It’s walkable, easy to find, and allows you the joy of tasting Dave’s specialty drinks like the perfect oat milk lavender latte or staples like cold brew and Americanos (perfect!!). Truly the perfect espresso or cup of coffee, no matter how you take it. Go!

We stopped by yesterday morning on our way to catch our flight back home. I was so impressed with this place. The staff was extremely friendly and it just had a “happy” vibe. The owner was the barista for the morning and DANG…he makes the best latte in Santa Fe! Agapao will definitely be on my fav list and I can’t wait to drop in again the next time in town!

I usually go to the drive thru location just for convenience, but if you’re ever on the plaza, COME HERE FOR COFFEE! It’s the best. Seriously. The shop is clean, with tons of baked goods and burritos if you need a full breakfast. The coffee is delicious and never disappoints. I’m a local and I won’t go anywhere else… unless they’re closed lol.

So many vegan options for drinks and a great vegan burrito. Wish there were a couple of more food choices. BEST oat milk red chili mocha ever! Pleasant folks! Managed three stops here and will be back on our next vacation.

The world would be a better place if there were more Daves (and more Agapao Coffee)! We tried many coffee shops in town this week, and without a doubt, we are going to make a point of returning to this one! The coffee itself was superb, but you simply cannot replace customer service like that. Grab some for yourself and walk the plaza. Best part of my week. Thanks Dave!

We've been coming to Santa Fe for years and were always directed to go to different coffee shops, but all of them seem to have gross, generic beans that I could just get from the grocery store or Amazon. Their coffee would taste burned or their attitude would turn me off. I randomly found Agapago Coffee this summer and definitely would vote it as the best coffee in Santa Fe. The coffee and the service were amazing! We will be back very soon!!

Great small spot with solid coffee. Pastries and burritos were good too. Dave, the owner, was super nice and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

Dopest coffee place ever! All fair trade, organic, and fluoride filtered water. Also, the owner is super nice. I really enjoyed my oatmilk lavender latte!

Great latte and they were very gracious when we came in 9 minutes to close without realizing it.
