My boyfriend, friends, & I traveled to Santa Fe this past weekend and all agreed that La Boca was our favorite meal of the weekend! We ordered a bunch of tapas items and they were all great portions and delicious. The pork belly, potatoes, & hummus were our favorite. Our waiter was amazing and attentive. He also brought my boyfriend a free dessert because it was his birthday. 100% recommended La Boca!

Excellent tapas and environment ! Little expensive but it's worth. I did not like so much paella. But the rest was excellent.

Terrible Manager -- bad attitude, bad customer service, never going back, ever. Last Sunday we had made advance reservations for eight persons at 5:30 p.m. When we arrived, we were shown to a short narrow high top table in the bar area with no back stools. When we said we had reasonably expected a table to our hostess, the Manager was called. When we explained that we had almost all of us over 65-years old and several of us had back surgeries in the past, he seemed to not care or understand the physical impossibility involved with sitting up on a stool with no back support for 2 hours. The table also appeared so small that you couldn't really imagine fitting many dishes on the table at all. Then we saw two adjacent tables with regular seats for four next to each other and asked if we could be seated there and just separate us. He said no, these were reserved. When we reminded him we had also made reservations and might be considered a priority under the circumstances, he actually didn't care -- we could take it or leave it -- those were his exact words. How this person ever became a Manager is a mystery. Bad attitude, bad manners, get's an F as a problem solver and he totally didn't give a flip. So instead we went next door to The Bullring, which was also full, but they instead happily accommodated us and we had a delightful and expensive meal with them. We have a home in Santa Fe and my family goes back for 13 generations from there. No one in our party will ever set foot at La Boca again and neither will my friends and family now. So goodbye to La Boca -- the food was never that great in the first place to put up with their total disregard for their now former customers. I hope the owners read this -- the Manager sure won't care.

Not sure how this ranks against other restaurants in Santa Fe. It’s a Spanish tapas style restaurant where some tapas are reminiscent of authentic Spain and some not so much. The atmosphere is cute. Most tapas were decent but overpriced like the drunken goat cheese. They got pretty close with the vermut. Soup was great.
The paella was a horrible and complete “miss.” Nothing like authentic paella, and not even a good Americanized substitute. The best way to describe it is overpriced, wet and without any complex flavor. Imagine I put rice and canned tomatoes with seafood and meat and chewy sausage in a crockpot and that’s what resulted. I’m sure they sell a lot of it anyway bc it’s the only non-tapas/pintxos style option so there’s no motivation to improve this dish. Wouldn’t go back but again, it wasn’t all bad I just had higher hopes given the awards.

My absolute favorite tapas restaurant in the US. Simply amazing, each and every time. Can’t recommend enough!

La Boca hosted our rehearsal dinner and it was a wonderful experience. Emma did an amazing job with the planning process - it was so simple. The food was incredible as was the atmosphere and the service. We can't wait to dine with them again!

Hurry up and get to La Boca! This is a top 3/ top 5 dining experience in Santa Fe. Start with the manchego! Add the olives! Get the mushroom soup if it’s on the menu. From there, the patatas Bravas, the lamb, the steak and the paella may call your name. Service is excellent, the heat lamps are awesome if you’re seated outdoors - if Dylan or Tess are working you’re in for an even bigger treat. These are fantastic folks at a fantastic place. Service= super. Food= divine. Great wine list = hooray! And the sangria is as good as you’ll get in Spain. Enjoy this Santa Fe gem.

Favorite place in Santa fe and. I'm no professional foodie, but I've tried many places in 4 trips here, and this one will be on repeat.

We used open table to make a reservation for 7. The reservation was the time the restaurant opened (11:30am on a Saturday). It seemed a bit of a scramble for them to seat us, but once we were settled the service and food was exceptional! We shared several dishes- paella, chicharrones, beet salad and the burger special. I would definitely like to go again sometime soon.
