Eldorado Coffee Corral

This place is incredible. Warm friendly atmosphere, wonderful staff. The coffee is consistently excellent, the espresso drinks, the regular coffee, fancy and simple hot chocolates, and teas.

To top it off, the pastries are out of this world. The croissants, sweet and savory, are as good as any Parisian pâtisserie. The muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls are all also exceptional. They also serve NY bagels.

Could not recommend this place highly enough!!

It would be unfair for me to compare them with the previous coffee shop at this location which was closed due to the pandemic. I will say that this coffee shop has slowly become our weekly destination. Very interesting coffee choices but I mostly enjoy their Dirty Chai and definitely love their Savory Croissant.

Lovely quaint coffee shop perfect for some downtime. Ended up stopping by on our way out of Santa Fe. Needed gas and this was the closest coffee joint that wasn't a big chain. Great tasting drinks. I ended up getting the Mexican mocha and it was delicious. Was a bit hungry too so ended up getting the coffee cake and wow, amazing! If you're in the area, stop by and grab you a nice morning brew and pastry.

Great little coffee shop! Don’t let the “Hardware Store” exterior fool you. They have a nice space to the left when you walk in the main door of the little shopping center. Several tables inside, 3 tables in the hall just outside the shop, and now some outside tables out back. It was very busy/steady while we were there. The coffee was great and they gave us ice for our water bottles! We also had some pumpkin bread. The owner was wonderfully friendly & let us bring our bikes inside. It is easy to access from the Santa Fe rail trail, and makes a great ride from the parking lot at the start of the gravel portion of the trail. It is about 10 miles one way from there.

Friendly service, fantastic coffee, local art, and a relaxing atmosphere is quickly making The Coffee Corral my new favorite place to study.There is enough table space to spread out my study materials and the building has free wifi. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. They carry doughnuts from Whoos Doughnuts, delectable New York Bagels, and make their croissants in house. Whether you are staying to enjoy your cuppa in shop or having to hit the road, I absolutely recommend stopping by.

OK, the couple who own Coffee Corral have to be about the nicest people in Eldorado. Seriously. I had a latte to go that was perfect — just the right amount of milk, the coffee super balanced. AND they make their own croissant and pain au chocolat, which are better than you’ll get them most places in town! (Now the secret’s out!)

Great service, amazing coffee, and amazing employees; Naomi the barista is amazing and kind making the place feel like home.

Coffee was really excellent. The savory croissant and bagel were just as exceptional. Perfect fuel for a hike.
