Zero Degrees

The tea is pretty great. We had a fairly large group that showed up, and they put us all through pretty quickly. I was very disappointed that they were out of black boba, however.

I love this place so much! My boyfriend and I go all the time and get a Vietnamese coffee and a blended vanilla caramel iced coffee. I've tried a few of their popping boba teas as well and it's always so refreshing.

Says they open at noon they clearly do not open at noon, because I've been sitting here since noon and there is no one inside. Have been out of honey Boba every time I have come. What a shame, I am sitting in the parking lot watching customers try the door and leave.

Awesome boba. Eating area clean. Bathrooms are so so. Was just a quick stop in and out and fixed our boba fix.

This is my go to when I need something special. Their teas are all delicious. The price you pay for these drinks may seem high to some but it's worth every penny. I'd say the people complaining about the taste of perfume have that same gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. The staff not always being friendly is the only real bad thing I have to say about this place. Store is always clean. I've never had the snacks so I can't comment on those.

zero degrees deserves zero stars. absolutely disgusting. went to use the restrooms, roaches on the sink. thought maybe the bathrooms were dirty so i still decided to order. saw a baby roach on the counter. left immediately. also very understaffed and never have certain flavors. from what i’ve heard, they treat their employees like garbage. over work them and have taken money from their checks. the owner amber has also been accused of taking all the tips for herself. never sharing with the actual workers who make the drinks. one of roswell’s very few locally owned businesses and have one of the worst business ethics in the area.

poor service, and how is it that every time i try to go you guys are out of BOBA?? commonnn. the times i have gotten my drink it’s pretty good but that’s few times. i hope service improves since this is roswell’s only place with boba tea.

I ordered a boba smoothie and it came unblended with chunks of ice in it that were so big I couldn't drink it. I had to send it back because it was undrinkable, and had to pay more in order to get a new one. Also noticed the bathroom was very dirty and there were cobwebs and dust all over the ceiling. Prices are way too high for how terrible the service is.

I try out different bobas when I travel. I have to say this is one of the best bubble tea anyone can find in NM. This hole in the wall makes some of the best classic bubble tea out there. Genuinely impressed and shocked that the best bubble tea in New Mexico is in a small town. Can’t wait to try out their other good next time!

This place has pretty good boba tea, but it's a little pricey for the quality.
I got the vanilla cream tea and my fiance got the golden cream tea. My vanilla cream tea was okay, but definitely had a perfume aftertaste. My fiance said his tea tasted like Golden Grahams and he enjoyed it a bunch, except for the same perfume aftertaste.
Service was really nice though.
