Flores Cafe

My colleague and I sat ourselves down, and waited to be served. We had to request menus, since the waitress forgot them, from then waited on our order to be taken, and waited even longer for our food. My colleague had to remind her we were still waiting. I ordered the guacamole burger, but no guac. The waitress said they didn't have any, so then, I requested tomatoes for my burger. I will give a second chance in the future, perhaps it was an off day.
Part II: I gave Laura's Cafe a second chance today 9/27/17. I ordered ahead 15 minutes via phone. I was told it would be 20 minutes. No, they had no guacamole. I ordered the "special" which was a green chile cheeseburger. I was charged separate for fries, and drink. Total was just over $13.00. It took 30 minutes of my lunch hour today to receive my lunch meal at pick-up, so no, I will not be trying this place again, even though the waitress was kind and apologetic.

The food was greasy, bland, and not yummy. The beans were soggy from a can and NOT refried beans. The rice was hard and dried out like it was left from the previous day. My husband ordered a Chimichanga, but got a burrito. We had to ask twice for sour cream. My daughter ordered a child's quesadilla meal and instead of the plain cheese quesadilla the menu mentions, she got a ground beef quesadilla dripping grease. We had to order a plain quesadilla for her because she couldn't eat/didn't like the beef and grease. My ground beef tacos were more grease than beef.
We ordered the Queso con Carne dip, and it had no flavor so we dumped our salsa (which tasted mostly of tomato) into the cheese hoping it would help. All in all, we spent almost $50 on a most unsatisfactory meal... I wish I had taken a photo, because the pictures other reviewers have posted look NOTHING like what our meals were!

The chips were amazing, as was the chile rellenos. It was my first meal in New Mexico and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was also super friendly!

Food was good, staff very polite definitely a lunch place when I go threw Roswell.

It was a little hard to find, but so worth it. I had the enchilada bowl and it is wonderful! My boyfriend had the green chili cheeseburger and said it is the best cheeseburger he's had in a long time.

Yet another great place for taco Tuesday!I will be going back to try breakfast burritos.

Food is awesome. Steak casadillas are the best. I can eat on that for 2 days. The owner is an awesome and friendly lady, and all of her staff are very attentive.

Food was delicious and brought out within minutes of ordering! the waitress was on point, checking regularly on all customers. Impressive service!!
