Dutch Bros Coffee

I asked for oat milk and these they/them mfs gave me full fat and my cheeks was looking like 9/11 just explosive diarrhea every other hour. 4/10 blood wont catch me lackin

The coffee is good, but the drive thru is confusing. The entrance to the the actual drive through is blocked off by cones, the entrance that they want you to enter is unmarked, so if you miss it you have to drive down the street and turn around. When you get in line, there isn't a way to place your order before getting to the window which makes your wait even longer. Last time I was here there was someone out taking orders. This morning's visit is very inefficient.

Took almost an hour to get through the drive thru. I never would’ve waited that long but once you’re in the line, there’s no escape. The gentleman that was taking orders was super nice and friendly. First time here and it appears that the menu is full of flavored coffee lattes from cold brews to frozen coffees. I couldn’t find just regular dark roast coffee on the menu. When I asked the gentleman about a regular cup of coffee, he said they have the Americano but that’s it. I ordered the Irish Creme and my passenger had the Americano. Coffee was extremely hot so beware. The Irish Creme was good but the Americano was watered down and didn’t include the sweet cream that we asked for. On a side note, the woman at the window noticed that I had dogs and offered to make a Puppuccino, which was very thoughtful. Would I go through the experience again, NO WAY!! $10 for average coffee with an hour long wait.... I’ll pass next time but the staff is what earned a two star rating for me.

I like the coffee and discussions but usually just want to get my drink and run. Baristas seem to want a relationship with everyone. Not in a drive-thru!

I truly can't believe how personable, kind and authentic the two employees were that served me. I went here for my 1st time several days ago and I am more and more impressed with their service. And their coffee is WAY tasty. You jist caught a new customer. Thank you and welcome to the neighborhood!

I visited a Phoenix location last year and couldn't wait to see Dutch in RR. I never turn down a morning annihilator and thats just it, if your a morning person, get here around 6am but no later than 7am or you'll ALWAYS wait in a 30+ minute line. Cold brew is killer! Frosts are always a family fave! Service at RR location is AMAZING! Great job crew!

Took the family down to try out brand new Dutch Bros. It took about 2 hours on a Sunday to go through the drive-thru. Got to say it was Worth the wait. Drinks are amazing and the employees are very friendly. Can’t wait for more locations

I was in line waiting, watching the guy zig back and forth between the lines taking orders. The line next to me had finished their line and he went to the car in front of me. He could see I am the last car waiting. Then, another car pulls up beside me. Instead of easily coming to my window first, since I had been waiting, he went to the car that just pulled in. To make matters worse, this car was loaded with girls who were all paying separately and didn’t seem to know what they wanted. I was in line for a hot chocolate. So I simply drove away and left the line. If you only have one person, have one line. If you noticed the car already waiting, you should be serving them first. Saved myself some cash today.

Good coffee, was a big fan back when I lived in CO springs. The drive thru isn't very Truck/SUV friendly with the whole virus set up. Other than that, the experience was quite pleasant

I enjoyed the coffee at Dutch Bros! It tasted delicious, but the line moved at a glacial pace. Perhaps you should be careful with when you visit, because 4:00/5:00 was absolutely slammed
