Dutch Bros Coffee

Customers service was top notch! I loved the way I could not help but smile. Coffee was delicious too! Sipped it all the way home for 2.5 hours! Helped me stay wide awake without tge stomache ache starbucks gives me! Dutch bros all day!

Dutch is great Great Drinks Great Employees BUT no Menu's the app is horrible the. I think they would have 10 times the business If people knew what to order or could try new things. But that's management not the employees.

Would've been a 5 but the wait was crazy and not just because of there being a lot of people but the window was slightly slow...
But overall the drinks we ordered where very tasty. Wife loves coffee. I love tea..
Definitely will go back just more prepared to wait 30 minutes.

Super friendly, almost too friendly before I get my coffee for the morning lol. Always very personable and they haven’t messed up my coffee once! Love them!!

They're always very friendly here. The menu us extensive. Definitely check it out online before you go so you can choose appropriately. Coffee is decent, but the frozen drinks don't seem to have much coffee in them at all.

The people are AWESOME, so kind and friendly. I have been here about 6 times and I'd say I loved my drink 2 times. So, inconsistent. It's hard when you wait an hour in line and your drink is so bad you have to dump it out (just did that 10 min ago).I hope their staff gets stronger in their bar skills. Right now they're a strong 1-2 star establishment.

Coffee is good but line is insane. Over 30 minutes in line waiting for drinks. They take your order when you are 20 cars deep but what’s the point if the drinks aren’t ready when you get to the window? The car in front of me got to window and hadn’t even ordered yet but I had ordered when I first entered the line 30 minutes prior to that. My drinks were made and melting already by the time I got to the window. Don’t get the smoothie, it’s not a smoothie, just a flavored slushy drinks. Golden Eagle freeze is teen approved, so is the caramel pumpkin freeze

Staff is very friendly and service was very pleasant and they had my order out very quickly. Drinks were great! Prefer Dutch Bros to Starbucks. Starbucks coffee always to sweet. I well come again.

I had arrived at 9 o clock. 30 minutes before I had a meeting. The line wasn’t super long and I thought I had plenty of time to get me and my boss a coffee before my meeting started. I was in the line for almost 40 minutes. When I got to the drive thru, they were laughing about how they almost forgot the cars in front of me drink. I had already paid but was just about ready to drive away and leave because I should not be on a drive thru for 40 minutes. I was late to my meeting all because the drive thru was laughing and talking to each other.

We waited in line for about 45 minutes because it was super busy but it was totally worth it! The coffee and sodas were delicious and they had good sizes and prices. The staff were very kind and friendly, they loved our dogs! They gave us puppuccinos with milk bones in them!
