Cafe Bella Coffee

After work thought I'd try this place for the first time. My coffee drink was very good but she made the customer their drink first who came and ordered after me.
Gee, was it because I was in uniform? Sadly, I won't be back.

Marie is one of the best baristas in Rio Rancho. We enjoy our cappuccinos dry and have tried all the other coffee shops in Rio Rancho with no comparison to her creations.

I absolutely love this little coffee place! Best one in town if you ask me. Best brews, great positive vibes and locally owned. How can you beat that ? Highly recommend.

Ordered the Red Chili Mocha with an extra shot- did NOT disappoint and the bacon sriracha sandwich was killer! Will def order again in the future! My new favorite coffee shop!

Clean and cozy for a hip crowd by folks who know their beans. Staff is friendly and very inviting as well as knowledgeable about what they do - and why. They support a variety of community groups and teams as indicated by the plaques on the wall. Worth every penny.

Nice New Mexico atmosphere. But could get loud for individual conversations to be heard and understood.

Pleasant atmosphere, delicious coffee, admirable approach to healthy approach to food and beverages. Deducted 1 star because of overcooked (microwaved) Carne adovada bagel. Returned for other item and was delicious.

I edited my review of this establishment from 4 star to 1 star. Quite simply, the owner was unbelievable in how rude he was with me. I admittedly did not think about my own actions in bringing a home made burrito into the cafe and buying a Latte. I was on my motorcycle and wanted to stop and eat have have an enjoyable cup of coffee and listen to my audio book in peace. I was not so kindly asked by his server to not bring in food again because of "health department regulations." I respectfully said I was sorry and that i wouldn't do that again. I had 3 bites left and figured it wouldnt hurt to finish the burrito while I finished my Latte. The owner came out and proceeded to jump all over me. That is when I got up to leave letting him know I would never be back. I told him his employee didn't ask me to stop eating it but rather to not do it again, which I readily admit was a mistake and apologized for that. He was rude and obnoxious about it rather than gracious. Inexcusable behavior and attitude. I'm not the only who has had bad experiences dealing with him, which is quite unfortunate.

I tried this place for the first time two days ago. The coffee is amazing! I order an Breakfast sandwich but got the wrong one. I was disappointed and informed them of it, I got a refund which is amazing.i didnt think they would do a refund. Today I wanted try it again, I ordered the carne adovada burrito and it was amazing. I'll definitely keep going for my lunches. Prices are worth it.

This cafe serves superb beverages and quality food. Everyone is very friendly. I only wish it was closer to my home, so I could go everyday. I respect that they serve 100% fair trade coffee. It is hard to find that kind of commitment to principles over financial gain.

Beautiful shop, amazing choices, friendly and helpful staff! It's my new favorite place for coffee!
