Ruby K's Bagel Cafe

The bagels here are absolutely amazing. I tried the Swiss cheddar bagel and was blown away. Also got an everything bagel sandwich and loved it. I take my bagels seriously and was a little skeptical going in but this blew my expectations out of the water.

We love Ruby Ks, locally owned, great service, delicious bagels, smoothies, soups, and sandwiches! The accommodate Gluten free diners too!

AMAZING BAGEL! Wow! I wasn't expecting such a fantastic bagel. I ordered their sunrise breakfast sandwich with sausage, and oh man! That was delicious!!! I am 100% going back. This is my new Fridays treat spot. My order even came with a mini muffin!

Wow first time we have been here. And wow. We are bagel snobs and this is hands down THE BEST BAGEL WE HAVE EVER TRIED. the bagels are crunchy but airy. And the staff are friendly and quick. We will be back. Hope the business of thriving

Food is always really good. Service can take a while.

The food is good but they are always out of things. I've not been able to try a green chile bagel yet because they are always out, and today my entire order was canceled without an explanation which was very frustrating because I'd already left to pick it up.

Went for lunch with high hopes. Tried calling ahead to place order. No one cared to answer the phone. Walked in and mentioned this to counter staff. "We're so busy.." even though only 1 customer was there. Ordered 2 sandwiches to go. My Turkey Club made with cold unbaked baguette, cold bacon, no cheese, little turkey and limp lettuce and tomato...what's up with that?? Wifes cashew chicken, mostly cashews, mostly tasteless. Ordered six bagels to go and realized the new guy didnt know about "bakers 7". Found everything lacking and not what we fondly remembered on a previous visit.

I might be a bit biased - as I absolutely love bagels - but Ruby K's is definitely one of the coolest and cleverest breakfast/lunch spots is town. A great cafe with friendly and professional staff, and with bagels! I like stopping by for lunch, grab one of their sandwiches, and enjoy it with a friend or co-worker.

The Bagel Melt with bacon here is incredible. I've never had better bagels than Ruby K's. Highly recommend!

Bagel chips are surprisingly tasty; sandwich just mediocre and very pricey. “Fresh fruit” is a couple of orange slices in a bag. Tables and floor were dirty and no one was interested in cleaning them. They forgot part of my order as well. Probably will not come back. Maybe I shouldn’t come later on a Saturday afternoon. Maybe I will give it a try in an early morning. The bagels seemed good.
