We stopped by last Sunday to pick up some lunch. This was our first visit since following grandkids to Los Alamos two yrs ago. Covid has played a large part in this hesitancy to dine out. We both had the Raspberry Turkey bagel sandwich to go-one with fruit and one with veggies-we shared. We enjoyed our sandwiches and had a pleasant afternoon picnic watching people and the traffic go by. The shop was busy and full of other lunch-goers. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I thanked them for being there and for being open. It's amazing when you use some manners and catch people a little off-guard....they even smile! Try it sometime, when people smile, their day goes better and you may even have a nicer lunch, too! I know we did! We will be back for more bagels and cream cheese.

Ruby k's is one of my favorite places. Their bagels are good, but their vibe is better. I almost always just get a plain bagel with cream cheese, but I've tried a bunch of them and they are consistently good. The service is pleasant, and it's nice to support a local business

I'm basing this review on the salt bagels they are fantastic it's just about impossible to find a salt bagel in NM the coffee is good too

We placed an online order. Came into the store and they had no record of our order. We let them take a picture of the online receipt so they could make it. They said they would make it right away. Been sitting here an hour and we still haven't gotten our order.
Do yourself a favor and just go to Starbucks next door.

Simple yet great bagel place. All the bagels are made on site, and they are expertly cooked. They offer the usual bagel fare, plus rotating daily specials. All bagels are vegan, and they can accommodate to vegan diets, by swapping cheese and fish for avocado and other spreads and vegetables. This is a great little respite in town, and because of its location, it is ideally suited in the middle of many historic and tourist friendly sites. No complaints, overall great experience. Would definitely come back.

Ordered the chicken Caesar salad. It was supposed to be romaine lettuce with chicken, Parmesan, and bagel croutons. Instead I got spring mix, chicken, shredded carrots, olives, and two slices of wilted cucumber. The Caesar dressing was probably the worst I’ve ever had. If they had told me they were out of ingredients, I would have ordered something else. Threw most of it away.

The cinnamon crunch bagels are the best. Please make more throughout the day. A build your own bagel option would be nice, too.

I love it here! So many different options. Very fresh bagels. Smoothies are amazing. Customer service is great. My favorites are the "Cashew if you can" and the "Raspberry Turkey"

Long time customer; love the bagels and Veggie Delites! Ruby K's is a locally-owned business and it's a great place to sit and work or watch the town go by, but I often grab a bagel and run, too. If you can miss the lunch rush, service is lightning fast. The owner, Ruby, does a great job of making customers feel valued and charitably contributes to the community, as well.

Veggie and vegan options available. Non dairy coffee creamer upon request. Little pricey.
