Hillcrest Restaurant and Trading Post Saloon

The food was great! The chile rellenos were fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, great service. Would definitely go again.

I was passing thru town and decided to stop in to say hello to my good friend Bill Cox. Unfortunately, I had just missed him. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The food is home style cooking and very good. I try to stop there every time I go through.

I'm unable to say anything about the saloon, as I never visited that side of things. The Hillcrest restaurant however has very friendly waitresses and excellent food. I recommend this restaurant for breakfast if you are in Vegas.

Ordered steak and eggs. This was the best steak I've eaten in a long time. It was cooked perfect. And the waitress kept checking on us.

Been around since ‘49! When was the last time you saw heavy plastic over the tablecloth? Family owned and lots of antiques sprinkled around. The cheese enchiladas with green chili sauce and a fried egg on top were spectacular. I used my flour tortilla to sop up the gravy. The beans and Spanish rice were good but I had to abandon them to finish the enchiladas. Big portions! Two people could share this!

A vintage feel for a homey restaurant where many locals gather - a sure sign for good food! Very friendly service and a good selection of food!

Great food and staff. One of the places that the locals get their own coffee. Wish i could have spent more time here just to eat. Got to get Hermit’s peak breakfast!
