Ara Coffee

I went in this morning with my grandma because we were waiting for a table at a pancake house nearby. The place is really nice and the coffee machines looked cool. My grandma enjoyed her coffee and I had a mango bubble tea. I love bubble tea, some places tend to make the tapioca a little too chewy or hard. This coffee shop though had the SOFTEST tapioca I have EVER tried!! I loved it! It was really great! Definitely coming again. The people working this morning were so kind and patient.

One of best coffee place in town in Rutherford, close to rutherford station. Cute cafe like the atmosphere and ambiance of the cafe. Their coffees are fresh and good. Tried their caramel machiato, mocha and latte - too goood. Definitely going there again and in my opinion their coffee is way much better than the mainstream coffee shops. Kudos 👍highly recommended.

I was finally able to sit inside this coffee shop and I love the set up. It feels cozy and inviting. The baristas were super friendly and nice. The coffee was perfect, very flavorful and rich. The pastries were fresh and delicious also. Even with 6-8 people inside it didn’t feel crowded or claustrophobic. I will definitely be going back soon. I had an iced mocha and a blondie.

Staff is so friendly!!! I got a coffee and pistachio cheesecake. My friend got a bubble tea. Everything was delicious and fast service. Highly recommend!! SO MUCH BETTER than dunkin and a lot of other coffee on park and the price is right.

They roast their coffee in-house and it is incomparable. Owners are super friendly, and service was amazing. I order a cappuccino or an iced latte depending on the weather. Stopped going to therapy, and I just have their chocolate chip banana bread instead since it’s much cheaper lol

Ara Coffee is a charming little coffee shop located just a stone's throw away from the Rutherford train station. It's the perfect spot to grab a quick coffee before catching your train! I ordered a cafe latte and while it was a bit bitter for my taste, the friendly and accommodating staff more than made up for it. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the cafe is also a plus. If you're in Rutherford and looking for a great coffee shop, I definitely recommend giving Ara Coffee a try!

Have lived in town for a while now and tried all the coffee places multiple times. Ara not only has the best tasting coffee, they are also so incredibly friendly and welcoming and kind. And they have a constant rotation of cute mugs for sale. And they make their own banana bread! I could go on forever.

Originally this was a blank, one star review. I left it due to mold inside the store, no public bathroom, served food left in the display for weeks, and rude owners. Despite nothing being said, they still replied to this review thanking me sarcastically, assuming I'm someone else. No criticism will stop these people's unprofessionalism.
