More expensive and worse drinks than Starbucks! I got small Pumpkin Spice Latte with extra shot of espresso recently which costed me $1.20 more than Starbucks. Latte was bitter and sadly I had to throw it away. :(

I love the cafe, I love the people who run it but I just wish coffee was as good as everything else over here. I believe they can do it.

Java Love has great coffee, great food from local sources and the friendliest staff. Love the Kale & Parm croissant! If you prefer a warm and friendly local shop take the time to stop at Java Love. You won't regret it, and you won't want to go back to the two franchises just a block away in either direction. Java Love also gives you a free drink for every 10 you buy. And if you are on the other side of town they have one there on Church St.

5-stars for their coffee beans. Roasts have very unique flavor characteristics and are far superior to everything else I've tried in the tri-state area. If you are a connoisseur of fine coffee and want something beyond the ordinary, this is the place!

A laid-back, small coffee shop close to Bellevue cinemas (not to be confused with the other one by the Claridge). Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Kind of limited seating (there's a couple of tables and some roundish "bar" type seats). Had a iced latte here that was pretty good.

Great coffee with fast and friendly service! They have some baked goods as well with vegan and gluten free options. It's a small place without a lot of seating but the space they have is lovely.

Great service! Went to Java Love today and ordered a drink my friend and I remember being a special years ago. Between the baristas and us, no one remembered the specific ingredients - but they went out of there way to whip up something great from what little we could recall!

It get's 3 stars because the atmosphere is cool. Good place to hang and study for a while. I could't subject myself to their coffee every day, though. It's like drinking ash tray water from an old work boot. Seems like me and the last guy who left a review are not drinking the same coffee. To be fair, I drink espresso and americanos. It's possible that they're just very 1st wave when it comes to espresso, and that their single origins are lovely.

The decoration and personnel of this establishment are Hipster Level 99. As a bit of a coffee snob, this made me hopeful - but I was disappointed by their overpriced, uninteresting iced coffee. Was asked to join a loyalty program before even paying. Will return to try a cappuccino and see if my first visit was just a fluke. Went up the street to Starbucks afterward, which is not something I want to do. =(

Decent coffee & tea options, but nothing to write home about. If you get there early enough, you can snag a vegan sweet!

When Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts don't do it for you anymore, try Java Love.

They have a rotating menu of special recipes with cool names and non-traditional flavorings like coconut, maple syrup, herbs, spices, etc. Hard to pick just one thing at a time. Lots of mixins to accommodate whatever you want. Staff are knowledgeable and will explain ingredients or make custom orders. Nice interior, albeit kind of small.
