This is the first time in my life that I leave a review for the restaurant. This was the worst dinning out experience that I ever had. Considering that only two tables were occupied with costumers, we still had to wait for our food for 50 minutes. My chicken melt cheese sandwich literally has a little bit of shaved pieces of chicken and small amount of melted cheese on the saggy hero. No sauce, no add on. As you can imagine, it had no taste. If you order coffee, you have to go inside the restaurant to make your own. The family that was sitting next to us had their order all screwed up and the waitress had an attitude. Be aware! Don’t waste your time and money!

Not a better or more "Jersey" breakfast on the island. Great coffee and tea selection to go with the outstand array and bagels wraps and other breakfast favs (get the crumb cake if it's there, trust me). Very friendly staff that make the whole trip a 12 out of 10

Have been going to Jersey Girl for over 5 summers . Really like the food. Unfortunately, this summer the level of service has been terrible. Just waited over 45 minutes past the original 45 minute estimated wait period. Got to see a bunch of employees milling around with no clue, no one telling anyone what to do and listening to employees telling anyone who called or asked that the wait was “just a few minutes “.
Not an isolated experience unfortunately.

Food is great, but don’t always expect it to be correct to what you ordered. If it’s wrong it’s still good. When they say the wait is 20 minutes over the phone it really means about 30-40 be aware. If you can’t get through on the phone it’s because they turned their phone off. One of the funniest things I’ve seen a restaurant do while I was in there. For all their flaws and shortcomings I keep going back. Be sure to grab an iced tea while you wait. I get the raspberry

We wanted a quick take out meal that would satisfy many appetites from a 2 year old to a picky teen to a keto dieter. This was a great choice. We had salads, a cheesesteak, chicken fingers, fries, fish tacos. The salad dressing was forgotten but with a brief phone call they were at our door in minutes. Thank you Jersey Girl Grill.

Just terrible service. This place used to be great, but there is no longer an adult in sight. Lunch on the weekends, you are looking at a two hour wait, but they will tell you 15-20. Food is ok for being what it is, much better places that are better managed on the island. Look elsewhere if you can.

Fantastic take out for lunch after a long morning on the beach. Vegetarian friendly options, great iced coffees and teas, and quick turn around after your order is placed. People behind the counter are always friendly and it’s become a staple for our summer lunch.

Worse place to ever! Do NOT go here to eat. They have a bunch a kids running the place. We waited over 45 minutes to get our "dine in" food, only for ot to be To Go. My wife's food was wrong! We ordered Crab fires and got Old Bay fries. Whatever you do, go somewhere to eat!! Just terrible! Wish I coukd give it 0 stars!!!

Don’t come here unless you’re ready to spend 45 minutes waiting for your mediocre food while sitting on hard plastic chairs that are made for 5 year olds. I waited that long and they still got my order wrong. All I wanted was a buffalo wrap with lettuce and you would think I asked for a 5 course meal. 10 years later it came and it was wrong. There was no lettuce in my wrap. It tasted good but was 100% not worth the wait. If you’re on the island and looking for food avoid this place at all costs.

I do not recommend this place. Long, long wait . After an hour we left, even though we already paid for the food. I asked someone behind the counter if he would check on our order. He sushed me saying he was helping a customer who was standing there on the phone getting instructions from someone. I waited while the employee did nothing but wait for the customer on the phone to finish conversing. All I wanted was a simple question answered. I too, was a customer. At that point my companion said "let's go", and I was more than ready. Generally, I'm a very patient person but this was beyond the pale. There was an outstanding end to this story however. We went to the Bluewater Cafe, which we never thought of for breakfast. We were seated immediately, outside, next to beautiful flowers. Served by a friendly waitress. Linen napkins, free refills on our coffee, real silverware, real dishes, plentiful portions. And the price was comparable. From the time we ordered till we were finished eating was about 20- 25 minutes. Wonderful experience. Thanks Jersey Girl for leading us to the Bluewater Cafe.
