Rook Coffee

It takes a long time to receive your order, you have to order about 20 minutes before your train arrives, and when they call you to get your coffee, your order came wrong

I walked into rook, wanting a normal $15 gift card, I got the gift card no problem. When I returned to my car, I noticed that the gift had been used. The gift card was not only scratched but had black sharpie scribbled out and the amount $2.75 written on it. I went back into the store, wanting a new card. When I told and showed the cashier my gift card, her response was "I know, there is still $15 on it, you can still use it" I was baffled, I told her I would like a new one since it was used and also that it was a gift. A few minutes later I walked out the door with a normal $15 gift card. Never again.

Forget that Rook has the best coffee ever. Rook Little Silver has the best employees ever!!! Kudos to James and the rest of the team for always making my trip to Rook one of the best parts of my day.

Everytime I'm in the area, I stop by for a cold brew. Staff is courteous and very fast with orders. Good job, team!

Previously to becoming an employee I was always taken care of and greated with a smile. The best part was going there to complain about life and get a cup of joe! The staff is the reason i applied (and the coffee), and im happy to be behind the counter with them!

Rook was good but it’s been slacking more and more. It used to be very fresh. I buy beans but had bad roasts lately. Just got the Brazil Reserve and I’m disappointed.

The best coffee in town great costumer services and you can text your order ahead of time so the only thing you have to do is go pick up and pay and you'll be on your way out enjoy I know i am know😀

Waited for coffee while the kids behind the counter discussed his evening plans with his buddy for five minutes. I asked the girl behind the counter for help, she said I had to order from the kid!
I left without coffee.😔😳🤯
