Metá Café

Wow… for a tiny shop they are a thousand times better than many high end Italian restaurants. The prosciutto was cut perfectly thin and just melts in your mouth. The grilled cheese is perfectly crispy without being drowned in butter. Everything about the meal hit the spot without being too much. Will definitely come here again

If you are in the area you HAVE to come here. Best little breakfast/lunch place locally owned EVERYTHING served with love, humor, and creativity.

We just happened upon this small cafe in Lambertville. Great service and the sandwich I had was delicious! The bread was soft and warm which was my favorite part. It's a small little cafe with a few tables, a small bar area and they have some outside seating. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Keep in mind it's a small cafe and they don't have a large menu but it's perfect for a quick lunch. We really enjoyed it I would recommend trying it!

Delicious. I wake up every morning dreaming about that Cali breakfast sandwich. Food is delicious and tastes like it’s made with love. Service is kind and punctual. Staff is cool. Recommend!

After a casual bike ride with my girlfriend from lambertville to Bulls Island County Park and back, we decided to hit the Meta Cafe for a quick bite to eat. So glad we did, I had their BLT special, adding an egg to make it more of a breakfast sandwich. A super fresh & juicy tomato slice, some lettuce & kale, a phenomenal aioli sauce, not to mention the bacon & egg, on a toasted sourdough bread.

I ate at the Meta Cafe for the first time and the food was great. I have to drop two stars off though. We were so disappointed in the service we received. We waited over 30 minutes for two egg sandwiches. The girl who took our order said she’d bring us our food (sitting outside), yet we noticed her just calling names so we waiting and listened carefully for our order. Beware.. she doesn’t try to let you hear her, she could stick her head out the door and actually call names out so people sitting at the tables can hear, but no. When my boyfriend went to ask her the status of our food, she rudely said she’d been calling our name for ten minutes. We were so annoyed. If she has food sitting there, why isn’t she coming out from the cafe asking people at the tables if it’s their order? Meta Cafe please tell this girl to try harder because she definitely ruined our experience. Thanks.

Excellent food (ordered the cali breakfast) and espresso! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! It is tucked away but so worth finding - cute area tho!

Best breakfast sandwhich ive ever eaten in my life

This place is so lovely! They have a pleasant and comfortable outdoor seating area. Their nitro green tea is out of this world. My husband is obsessed with the prosciutto sandwiches. They also have parmesan cheese cones occasionally—they are great for people doing the Keto diet! I’m so happy they moved to Lambertville.

Had the Heirloom Tomato BLT today in my first visit. Customer Service was wonderful and the sandwich was the best I’ve had in months. Thank you for a wonderful lunch, and I’ll be back soon and often!!
