We have been going to The Local's Spot before Covid-19 and we were looking forward to the restaurant reopening. When we went after covid we were even more impressed with the establishment. The owner/chef,Kyriakos, takes wonderful care of his employees. They are beyond lucky to work for someone who takes such great care of staff. The staff works hard to ensure everyone has the best experience. Tables are clean, masks are worn and you can access the menu through your phone. Not only has Kyriakos provided a safe and clean environment, the food is amazing! Our favorite is bang bang shrimp and any amazing burger he makes!

I highly recommend everyone try The Local's Spot at least once, you will return!

My wife and I have lived in the area for a long time and have been coming to Caroline's (The Local's Spot now) for years. It's one of the amazing watering holes in SP and the surrounding area. We stop in a couple times a year for a happy hour cocktail. We always enjoyed the setting and atmosphere. It's a little "divey" but in a good/friendly kind of way. The issue has always been the food. Inconsistent would be the nicest way to put it. Because of that, Carolines to us was just good for drinks on the deck. Well Friday afternoon changed our opinion real quick. First, their accommodations for COVID are good. Open space and a good amount of seating on the deck and parking lot. Maria our food server was great. We weren't planning to eat there but Maria told us about the new owner/chef and described some of the different menu items so we decided to give it a shot. Our bartender, think her name was Stephanie (long dark hair) came from behind the bar to our table to take our order. She was super cool and very engaging even though she was slammed... Made a primo Moscow Mule for my wife. The food was fantastic. Granted the menu is mostly bar food, but it has some tasty sounding options. It's like gourmet bar food. Don't laugh. The Pig Wings are stupid! Fell right off the bone and the sauce was amazing. Cheese curds had some bite and were cooked perfectly. My wife and I shared a huge burger that was delicious . The portions were large and well worth the price. Had plenty to take home. We watched other items being delivered to other tables that looked really good. Last but not least, the owner/chef Kyriakos G. came to our table to greet us and he was as gracious as can be. Warm, friendly, and sincere. You can tell he loves seeing people devouring his creations. Let's make sure we support and keep this guy and his employees in business. We'll be hitting The Local's Spot more often now for the food... And the drinks. Keep up the great work!

Definitely a great spot to eat locally

Ordered lunch for the office and I wanted to love it, but whoever answered the phone seemed annoyed immediately, and then the food was pretty overpriced. We all understand inflation, but the $10 avocado toast was one piece of bread (untoasted) with half an avocado.

ate breakfast here today with my family. Food was good and service was fast. Waitress Nicole was outstanding controlling the restaurant and waiting on our table of 7. This place does not play games, they are on the ball with everything. I highly highly recommend this restaurant for fast and precise service and food.

Amazing Breakfast! Will def be back! Maybe even for lunch, today. Food is cooked to order takes no time at all. Food is amazing. You gotta eat here don't miss out!

First time back since they reopened. Now called the Locals Spot! So far the food is very impressive! Had my usual salad and the Chef was right !! Very good portions enough for two meals. Was always my favorite salad in Atlantic County

Ordered food for my family for father's day - they were raving about it! There favorites were the CBLT and fries, and also loved the Frenchy and Bang Bang Shrimp. They said the delivery driver was nice, too. They've already checked out the rest of the menu and can't wait to order more from there! Highly recommend!

Awesome food Chef Kyriakos is always cooking up something delicious! Best Burgers, Awesome Breakfast, if you haven't stopped in for a bite your missing out!
