These pancakes were the bomb. Absolutely delicious. Came with lots of butter on the side, I was able to liberally give my pancakes butter. Extremely quick service, food came out in no time. Sausages were also very good.

An awesome original family run diner established in 1946.
Its busy, but the team there are welcoming and friendly.
Orders came out quickly and the food was exactly what you want from an original diner.
We had the blueberry pancake half stack, plenty of food, tasty, fluffy pancakes... Perfect fortifications for a day at the Vans Warped Tour.

Delicious breakfast in a bustling friendly atmosphere. We both had the Hungry Man. One with blueberry pancakes/scrambled eggs and one with chocolate chip/over easy eggs. Next time I'm getting chocolate chip!! All delicious and very fast!
Even though the outside seating was wet because of hurricane Ian some people still sat there. We opted for inside!

This place is great the view is amazing, The line is usually little bit here but it's worth the wait. Deafly the blueberry pancakes are one of the best I've had around. But basically to be out with you that's what I would get the pancakes and enjoy the view.

This is a very busy restaurant On the weekends, so you might have to wait for a seat but the food is good and the waitresses are quick.

Love this small restaurant the food is always on point for me! I especially LOVE their Pancakes!!! Hospitality is spot on and they usually are pretty busy so be prepared for a wait depending on your visit but it's worth it for the price and I usually have leftovers for the next day but my family loves going there each time we visit!! A must for a visit when in AC!!! (Seating inside and outside with heating fans going during cooler temperatures.)
