This place has great coffee and amazing snacks. The vegan selection is great and this place blows most Manhattan coffee shops out of the water. Great place with great products can't go wrong going here.

The people who run it are the coolest and the atmosphere is very trendy and hip. Large selection of coffee/expresso and done very quickly!

It’s rare to find a place like this in the north country. Grounds, New London certainly made my top 5 list for cafes in NH, keep up the great work!

Being in New Hampshire one week yearly, Grounds is always on my short list of places to go. The coffee is good, but the Chocolate is great. The staff is attentive and patient; especially with someone like me who's like a kid in a candy store!

Friendly service but drinks tasted bad.

Granted, we did order some relatively strange drinks. I had an iced mocha cold brew and it tasted sour/acidic. Not sure if it was the coffee or the mocha but something just really did not taste right to me. We also had a hot chocolate using almond milk... It didn't taste like chocolate at all...it tasted like salty cardboard.

One of my favorite stops in New London! Cozy atmosphere, Professional Customer Service. Gluten free options and Caffeine o Holics will appreciate. Nice place to sit and watch the happenings on Main Street and you can also sit outside. Internet is available.

Terrible muffins, only gluten free available

A fun little cafe with great people, both that work there and that come in to get a snack and some coffee. Also, the maple cheddar bacon muffins are really, really good. A sweet, savory muffin with very well balanced flavors.

This is a lovely shop, with great service. We stopped in to get some staff Christmas gifts. We were helped to a wonderful assortment of confections, which were all wrapped and tied with a bow. Wish all of my Christmas shopping had been so easy!

New London has changed its constitution sometime over the past decade. I used to get stuck in New London when passing through, dreading the inevitable stop at a gas station or worse, a Dunkin Donuts. Now the town has painted cows, a hockey rink right next to the main drag- and one of the best coffee shops I know of. This place was a coffee / chocolate shop that added a great coffee selection and baked goods, and it works _perfectly_. Great atmosphere, attention paid to every detail, and plenty of parking; this place is one of the reasons New London is worth the detour off of 89.

Always a great experience at Grounds! Friendly service, warm atmosphere and my latte and pumpkin 🍫 chip Muffin were delicious!
