Very friendly, great coffee bar, hot bar, deli.

They do a great job getting in local produce as well as maintaining a rotating list of sale items throughout the store making regular visits fun and productive. They are also very receptive to feedback from both members and customers alike.

Environmentally friendly! A grocery store that goes to good lengths to reduce their environmental impact through both empowering the consumer to contribute (through composting bins, a variety of return bins for plastic materials, and the ability to fill their own containers in the bulk foods isle), and bringing in their own sustainable items and practices.

Overall a great warm and inviting experience. I've decided to hold back a star because I believe they could do even more environmentally if they make it a priority.

this was my first time at the coop. I was in keene to have snow tires installed. I entered through the prepared food section. great selection and I choose a Cubana. great choice.

Nice salad bar. Good coffee. They have made alot of positive changes, love the food dining area. Jay in the tincture and vitamin isle is amazing, he is very knowledgeable, and nice.

Great Co-op with VERY helpful people working in each department. Wonderful fresh ground pnut butter and great bulk options. Fantastic breads from Orchard Hill Bakery. Nice prepared foods available with a cafe to sit and eat.

I drive all the way from Massachusetts for their selection of local food. Lately the gochu curry kraut has been a favorite, by hosta hill. And if you want the freshest possible seafood they will help you order ahead and get it tout sweet! I am a little obsessed with the boxes they give you to take home your groceries in, I get a ton of extra use out of those flats!

Beautiful building right downtown. Perfect selection that keeps improving. Great cheese selection and lots of local goods. The salad and hot food bar are perfect for lazy nights. Prices on many items are reasonable. The staff is the best.

I'll convey an experience I had there: I had purchased some food to eat and went into the dining area to eat it; was sitting down ready to eat it and a woman, who I believe is a supervisor,[edit :she is the customer service manager] came up to me and asked me: "did you pay for that?", Now this woman was a supervisor, I believe, I've seen her there many times before: black hair with a braid, it just made me wonder:does she go up to everyone who sits down to eat and ask them, "did you pay for that", is that her job? So that was the experience I wanted to convey, that woman is still there and I believe she still is a supervisor. [edit]My friend thinks I should add this: I don't think it should matter what color skin I have but I'm pretty sure that that lady wasn't going up to everyone that she didn't happen to see get ringed through, and ask them if they paid for their food.

If you are in the market haha for organic and local farm raised items, this is the place for you. Items are a little more costly due to above status. All in all very friendly helpful staff. Good food.

I came hear when they first opened because I had heard that they stocked my favorite milk and they did however it was more then two months expired.
I’ve gone back a few times and brought somethings that i know only they carried and when I got home those to were past their expiration date and that was about a month ago.
The best part is when I went back they told me I had lied and nothing they have stock is or has ever been past their date and what’s worse because I was in a hurry they overcharged me because I had gone back to show them that it wasn’t just the few items that I bought that was out of date, it was the entire box.
Never got my money not super thrilled about that but oh well.

What a great grocery store! The deli smoothies and breakfast sandwiches are not to be missed, the whole deli is great. Add in the indoor and outdoor seating choices and this is an excellent place to both grocery shop and meet friends!
