Employees always friendly, and even when busy, the wait for drinks/food was only ever 5-10min max. Food was always good and so were the coffees

If you are coming here for a legit coffee/espresso and not liquid dessert then pass. Worst espresso I’ve ever tasted. It’s like drinking vinegar - super acidic and thin. Instant coffee is better. Way overpriced for less than mediocre. Couldn’t even finish the espresso it was so gross.

My friend and I decided to try this new place on Hampton Beach to support local merchants! We entered the establishment and didn’t get a Hello or welcome, also not a sole spoke to us, I found that to be horrible customer service. The food was ok however when we left not a sole even said bye. There were 4 girls behind the counter and not one of them even knew we were there. For $30 for 2 bagels and 2 coffees I would at least like a hello! Will not go there or recommend this to anyone!

***update: I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review. However, I wanted to clarify that there were only two other customers having coffee at this time and I did try to engage in a conversation with one of the employees, who replied in a short manner and wanted nothing to do with the conversation. I don’t ever leave 1 star reviews, but in this case I was just so disappointed in the service that we got. If it was busy I would of understood, that’s a different circumstance.

Good but not worth standing in line for 30+ minutes for a coffee. If you get food you’ll be waiting even longer. The 1 toaster situation makes the line ridiculous. Need more people working or something to speed up the morning rush.

The place is adorable with the most friendly staff!!! Very good atmosphere and the iced caramel macchiato was the best I've had!! If you are in the area it is well worth the stop in!!!

After having gone to Flamingos, my feeling is/was that this place is for specialty coffee drinkers. I went in at 10 in the morning and they had no coffee brewed - a fact they did not share until after I paid. They were churning out specialty coffee drinks like crazy tho. I assume they are probably good - but if you have a sign that says "Support your local caffeine dealer" you probably want to have some actual coffee brewed before noon.

the best coffee shop on hampton beach. an absolute must try if you’re in the area. extremely friendly staff, incredible coffee and so many amazing food choices including gluten free options. what a great experience every time :)
