I live close and go to this coffee shop just about every other day. The food is always top tier (as if you made it at home) and the staff are unbelievable!! They remember my name (makes my day every time) and the atmosphere in the shop is amazing. I had been wanting to try this coffee shop when we first moved in and have become regulars now!! If I could give this coffee and food stop more stars I would.

I go to flight fairly regularly as it’s around the corner from my home. The coffee/drinks, food, and service are always excellent. I usually always get the rosemary bagel with hummus, and it is always exactly what I need. The staff is very aware and cognizant of their customers. An online order of mine was lost along the way, resulting in a slight delay receiving my food. Mistakes happen, particularly in a busy coffee shop environment on a Saturday morning, and I understand this. That being said, I was apologized to for the wait, and the staff went above and beyond any expectations I would’ve had for a minor inconvenience. I’d recommend Flight to anyone looking for good coffee and food, as well as a nice atmosphere to enjoy them.

How can you not love a great atmosphere with comfortable seating and your very own french press? (Even the cup was heated! +1)

Excellent little coffee shop in Dover. I went on a friend's recommendation and loved it. They have a great variety of drink options that all looked good, and some pastries and bagels to go along with them. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the music was great. There's a little record/book store in the back too which was great.

Love Flight! Great food. Great atmosphere. Gluten free, dairy free options available. Their drink options offer a variety of coffee and tea options, everything from kombucha on tap to pour overs and your regular cup of java.

Atmosphere is a real step up from previous coffee shops that have been in this space. Although the coffee is a little inconsistent, I keep coming back because of the vibe and the convenient location. There’s one tall gentleman with glasses working at Flight who is always very cordial, and I tend to hope I see him on the register because otherwise the staff is abrupt. I was greeted rudely today by a female team member, which is what prompted me to leave a review; but if I’m being fair overall I’m happy with this place.

Great food. Great coffee. I always get the wellness latte, which is tumeric and other deliciousness. The breakfast sandwiches are always good. The donuts and sweet breads are delicious. The service is kind. Plus there is live music most Friday (maybe every other Friday) evenings from local bands. All around a great addition to the downtown.

Love the atmosphere here and the staff is friendly. However, I think their descriptions can be misleading. For instance, they're running a great NJ style special - pork roll egg and cheese sandwich on a Jersey style roll - the "roll" was the most simple form of a hamburger bun. That's fine, but that's how it should be advertised.

Flight is legit the best coffee place in Dover. You can't beat the vibe. They are killing it with their open mic nights as well. I've visited many times over and enjoyed everything there.
