The Staff is Very Professional, The Double Shot of Espresso is Delightful, served on a small round plate in a small teacup. Included with the order is a seltzer water to clean the palate. Stir and enjoy. JJ

One of my absolute favorite cafes to go to! Good food, good coffee(though i highly recommend the mint matcha latte) and wonderful people and vibes. Great place for lunch or studying

I highly recommend Flight in downtown Dover, as a great place to meet up with friends or for a great, quiet quality meal at reasonable prices. The Oat Milk Chai Latte is yummy. Warm ambiance.

Great selection foods, I wish they had a tofu cream cheese though (vegetarian option).
The coffee is delicious. So far I tried Kenya and Colombian Pour Overs($3.50), which had a very strong and rich aroma and taste (I love plain coffee, but it might be too strong for majority of people).
Their lattes are rich, but smooth.
Turkey Avocado Melt ($6.25) was a pleasant discovery made with real turkey and egg.
Good selections of bagels ($2.50 & $3.50 with a spread)

We are locals and love going to flight to enjoy some coffee or tea. They're food is outstanding and the tables they use are beautiful.

Food is awesome! Bagels are amazing, coffee is great, staff is super friendly. Price is onnnnn point - 2 cold brews, 2 breakfast sandos, and a tasty treat - $29.00 and change

However, we actually have never gotten a single correct online order... Typically, the sandwiches are just missing something we added such as cream cheese, extra cheese, the additional avocado added, etc. (no biggie prob didnt need the xtra cheese anyway and perhaps they were out). More frustratingly we've had 3 times now bacon intended for my sando was put on my significant others sandwich... She does NOT eat bacon and the taste tends to linger and ruin her sandwich.

This week we got the ole bacon switch up and we werent given our chocolate chip pumpkin treat we ordered.. again, not a huge big deal as it was only 2.75. But, kinda lame yah dig... I would really love to see a bit of improvement on the online tender process yall..

Should note -- ordering verbally, in person, completely different and usually always correct.

Lastly, this issue isnt contingent on tip amount either.. So for anyone thats like - Maybe they don't tip.. Well, we certainly havent the past few times due to this issue, but its happened whether we've tipped or not..

Again awesome spot and will always support local!

Flight is a great local coffee place with a friendly, competent staff, great atmosphere, and superb coffee. My biggest complaint is that it can be hard to find seating at peak hours because it's so popular. Even in small Dover, NH, people go out of their way to come here. I recommend the "Slim Carlos" scramble - two eggs scrambled with salsa and Jack cheese with buttered toast and smashed avocado. I make avocado toast for myself with about half the avocado and eat the rest with the eggs. They also have beer on tap and live music several nights a week!

Gorgeous shop. Love the theme and chalk art. Music is on point, too (Cage the Elephant 💯). I got a macchiato—which is not a latte-like beverage you'd get at Starbucks. The Scary Mary (bloody Mary) is spicy and delicious.
They could do better about crowd control by wrapping the line around the bar when it backs up and blocks the door.

Flight Coffee gets a lot of things right. First, the aesthetics are fantastic. The exposed brick, the wide plank floors, open floor concept with the bar and counter in the middle provide a comfortable environment to drink coffee, eat a lunch, chat with friends, or burry your nose in a book. The atmosphere of completes the experience. Smells of subtle and don’t sway the customer one way or the other. The music is loud enough to hear but doesn’t override the conversation. There are nooks and corners for people to have private conversations while in a public space. And here’s a defining element of coffee shops for me: the proper balance of cozy couches and carpets to hard surfaces and modern shapes. It’s comfy but not homie to the point of claustrophobia.

Some final observations I appreciated: local and diverse art on the walls with price tags, chalk drawing and lists advertising live music and various coffee orders, and finally, a pour over bar with 5 unique brewing styles available. The options were v60, Kemex, flash brew, syphon, and French press.

I highly recommend Flight Coffee in Dover, NH!

Ugh I love this place. It’s annoying because I live 40 minutes away and crave their food all the time. Not the mention the chill vibe. And if you can get a window table, you won’t want to leave. I sketched the design to my house here so- it’s a good spot to stay a while.
