Flight Coffee of Dover

I'm a veteran of Downtown Dover Grew up here before this was a coffee nook.later in 2008 ish it tried to be a coffee/Wi-Fi coffee hangout
Now it's retro and because I'm so midage the girl purposely overfilled my coffee so I'd never return to this chic coffee cult .not one mask in top capacity
I'm also a Duncan donut manager from the 80sand 90s

Great atmosphere. Under new management so we're coming back to give it another try. Some thoughts: 1) the coffee and espresso is sour - stomach acid sour - move away from the Flight roast and bring in a better bean - or offer both, 2) serve more than 12oz cups (24oz+) and let people select a few flavors and pour their own, 3) do sandwiches - few kinds of sliced bread, few meats / cheeses / spreads, tomato, lettuce, pickle - no one in town does normal sandwiches, it's all subs - there's one other cafe in town and they don't serve food -step up and you'll be golden, 4) People want to meet after work in places other than restaurants and bars, stay open past 4pm 5) don't act like a big city cafe - listen to Dover, do Dover. Looking forward to getting a cafe back in downtown Dover!

Location is perfect. Coffee is great. Ambience is brilliant. Food is mediocre...the avocado toast was soggy, watery, minimalist on the avocado and even worse on the chia seeds (they gave me just a single seed). You can do better flight people.

Flight is a perfect spot for any occasion! Their food options are creative and delicious and their coffee selections are next level. If you haven’t been, you are missing out.

I had a screamin demon here one month ago and I'm still awake. The cold brew is great, and the first sandwich on the menu is delicious. Lots of artwork on the walls that you can buy. This would be my place to go if I lived here.

Best coffee place in Dover with good atmosphere. Had cappuccino and avocado toast,both tastes really good a must try place.

Flight is the best! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the food is incredible. I’m not a coffee drinker but I love their tea selection! Thank you for having a safe and clean cafe!!

My girlfriend and i found this place and decided to give it a go. And im glad that we did good food options for vegans, vegatarians, and meat and cheese lovers too. Worth the time to take a trip over.

The donuts they sell are good (come from another bakery), but the chai latte was underwhelming, and the espresso undrinkable (bitter and sour). It's a nice space, but the barista serving us was a bit curt. Overall, not worth the high price of the beverages, there are better options in Dover.

If you care about coffee and where it comes from, Flight Coffee Co. delivers the best service and product you could ask for. The extra couple minutes for a guaranteed delicious coffee, tea, or meal from some truly talented baristas is worth the wait. Everyone working there turns a service into an art, and it's amazing to watch. Could not recommend more.
