It’s a beautiful coffeehouse. I loved the decor. My latte was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I had the classic sandwich. I liked it but bread needs a little butter. I would definitely go back. Barista did an amazing job.

Five stars no questions about it! Everything about this place is quality. Place was jumping and the staff was fully ready for it. They knew their stuff and it showed. Excellent latte, great craft breakfast sandwiches and a dynamic, welcoming environment with big shared tables, couches, nooks and outdoor seating. Grab and go, coffee date, stay and work. This place rocked

We come here pretty frequently, especially since a few places in town have closed, but the quality has just gone down unfortunately. Made in the shade has been a favorite sandwich for many years, but this one was lacking pesto and the bagels seemed off. Drip Coffee is always a miss too. The best thing here is the jalapeño cheddar bagel, but honestly it’s a bit over priced for the quality lately.

Super tasty bagel sandwiches!! I had an egg and maple bacon on cheddar jalapeño bagel. YUMM. Husband and I grabbed lattes - very good. Atmosphere was warm and spaced just enough to feel comfortable. Such a homey feeling.

Voted New Hampshires best cafe for a reason. This cafe is the only place I've tried in NH or Maine that always gets it right, and believe me I've tried more than a few. The coffee is consistent and delicious, with so much more flavor than anywhere else. They also make a perfectly sweet but not too sweet mocha frappe blended coffee drink (pictured in the last photo) which is perfect for cooling down and refreshing on a hot summer day. You may catch a snooty attitude from a few of the workers, but in general most of them are nice and the coffee is worth the eye roll afterwards.

Relaxing atmosphere healthy food options. Great place to meet a friend or two for good conversation. Every coffee creation available.

Lattes and cappuccinos were delish! This trendy coffee spot is the place to be in Dover for great coffee. They stayed busy the entire time we were there and finding a seat was a bit of a challenge. But it was worth it. Will definitely grab coffee here anytime I'm in Dover.

Solid cafe with quality, chocolatey smooth yet robust espresso. Plenty of vegan options. It’s tough to find a coffeeshop with this level of skill in the Northeast. Don’t miss this one.

Flight is a cozy cafe with comfortable seating, great food, and an endless assortment of drinks. It is great for getting a quick bite to eat, meeting people, or simply sitting all day and working.
The food is far better than anything I would expect from a cafe. I recommend the Matriarch omelette serve with sourdough. There are also abundant options for vegans and vegetarians.
Besides the wide assortment of coffee options including pour-overs, there is a selection of loose leaf teas. These are served in a small pot with a timer so your can bring it back to your table and decant it when it is ready. I recommend the Ritual tea.
The atmosphere is pleasant and the whole place feels cozy. It is usually close to full, but you rarely need to wait for a table. The chairs and couches are comfortable and make a great place for working.
Food and drinks come out quickly. The owner Ben is always around and both he and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Overall, this is one of the best cafes I have ever visited and I would highly recommend everyone to check it out.
