EDIT: Got a personal message from the owner insisting I change this review and also insisting that I've never been inside the location in Bedford, which is not only inappropriate, but incorrect. I purposely made a trip to the Bedford location just to see if the place was any better, and frankly, it isn't. The source is just as bad as the cafe location. I haven't been to anything flight related in well over a year and the owner is just now contacting me. Really points out how well things are going for them.

I came in to the Dover Location, and I'll preface this review with the fact that it is gorgeous in there. This place has a ton of potential. However, the product doesn't hold up. I ordered both a Latte for while I was there, and got a cold brew coffee to go. The lattee was both sour and far more bitter than it should have been, and way overpriced for what you got. I couldn't finish it. I got the cold brew next to see if they would have better luck with that, and that just tasted like coffee that was put in the refrigerator. Cold brew is typically done to remove acidity of regular coffee, and this wasn't smooth at all. This place has potential, but it isn't there yet.

Coffee is great but whoever was working today was absolutely off their game, shortest line but the longest wait time I've ever had for a single coffee. A sense of urgency would be great.

I don't usually post negative reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about flight, mainly because the customer service was so unprofessional. The decor and scene inside is lovely you can't deny that. Very trendy. I stopped in with my husband last night on our anniversary date to grab a coffee after dinner. First of all the barista seemed annoyed when we walked in. It was 830, 30 minutes before closing. When my husband asked if they had a dark roast she rolled her eyes as if we just asked if they served Dunkin Donuts. We then had to listen to a three minute dissertation as to why dark roasting coffee ruins the beans. After all that he got a cup of the only coffee they were brewing and I ordered a latte. Both were absolutely horrible. Maybe she's right... Maybe we just don't "understand" coffee, but we've both been drinking it for over 20 years and this was the worst cup of coffee we've had yet :/

Great cortado! Smooth and sweet without adding sugar. The d-nuts /cronuts are amazing. Keep it up! Are t-shirts coming soon?

Great experience at the Bedford roasting lab recently! I recommend tasting the various brews. The staff spend a lot of time discussing the various beans. Highly recommended- I'll be back for another bag soon!

Had the pumpkin spice cold brew with oat o and it was delicious. They use homemade pumpkin syrup that actually has real pumpkin in it and it's delicious!

Best coffee in the area hands down, they take great care and dedication to produce a high quality experience and great service. If you like good coffee, highly recommend you check out Flight!

Just got home after attempting to try the shop for the first time. Day after Thanksgiving and I guess 7:45 is too early for some people, as the paper sign on the door said they open at 8:00. Really? 8:00 for a coffee place? I suspect the other two couples that also got back in their car and drove away won’t be back for a long time either.

Absolutely amazing. I have never had a better chai tea from anywhere. 2 hour drive from my house but it's worth it.
