THE best hang-out environment and coffee in town! In my opinion, Flight does the best job of sourcing great coffee and roasting it to perfection. The pour over bar is such a treat! I am glad they've been playing with bakery items and I'm stoked they are doing live music and beer/wine now. I haven't been to an evening show yet, but think it's awesome there's a good venue for the musicians to showcase their work.

The best coffee! Wonderful people that are knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to go to during the tasting to learn more about coffee. The indoor seating and cafe area looks great and inviting.
A hidden gem in Bedford. Beware it will ruin other coffee for you however!

The coffee here is fantastic. The ingredients in their food is always fresh. I love the cronuts. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

My partner and I were visiting from Philadelphia and needed a break from his parents’ half decaf instant coffee. We met Jacob and he was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. If you want carefully crafted coffee, this is the place to go. Thanks again for the hospitality and I will be sending some beans your way soon!!!

used to work here, great management. they put a lot of effort into their food and drinks with no corners cut. great food and drinks for everybody. super inclusive environment. 1000000% recommend.

Coffee was 4/5, ordered Aveo toast got tiny one slice with a very weak avocado spread for $10!! Will not go back

After researching local roasters and calling them I purchased five pounds from Flight in late September 2018 for a large party. The prompt, courteous and knowledgeable staff ground it for me to my specifications while I was there and advised on the best way to prepare it. The bean is fresh and its sourcing is verifiable. The Bedford location is more a small tasting area in front that reminded me a little bit of a laboratory, with the main equipment visible in the back. All clean and orderly and smelling delicious. Oh, and all of the coffee drinkers at the party the next day loved the reheated cold brew. Kudos Flight Coffee, you are a gem.
