Can not say enough about how AMAZING Flight Coffee Bedford is! The coffee, food, staff, and owner are all 11’s on a scale of 1-10.
The icing on the cake is that this business is socially responsible and will leave this community a better place than they found it.

Great coffee, but they run out of food early. They were out of bagels and most treats at 1pm on a Saturday (they opened at 7am and close at 4). Of course, can't blame them for having a heavy volume of hungry customers (except that it's a regular occurrence). Upon ordering, the barista barked at the 4 people behind us to "form a line along the counter." I could tell she'd been yelling this all day, so I recommend this place get a sign or put some markers on the floor.
We waited outside (covid safety!) while our cappuccinos were being prepared, and as we went in to check on them, a barista came out with our drinks (how nice!) and sternly told us to wait inside next time, and added that they don't have capacity to bring our drinks to us. By no means did we expect our drinks to be delivered, so we appreciated the gesture, but not the tone.

The most delicious coffee, tea, bagels, donuts... everything is yummy! Vegan options! Amazing people and amazing business model. Always giving back to the community. ❤

Enjoy a visit here now and again. Friendly staff, but the prices are a bit steep.

The best roaster in NH. It does get very busy in here, and I still think Hometown in Manch makes a better drink, and occasionally has better whole beans, but in general Flight's Central and South American beans are better.

This is such an amazing spot. We go here often for coffee and the cronuts, but we recently also worked with them for an event and Kathryn has been amazing to work with. 10/10

After tasting the coffee at the Dover cafe, my husband and I drove over two hours to visit the Roasting Lab in October, and it was worth every minute of that drive. We had such an amazing experience. The Flight Team welcomed us in, and provided us with a Flight tasting of their coffees, all of which were exceptional (Claudia - even got my non coffee husband involved, and he had a blast). Claudia's passion for her coffee speaks volumes, her team produces some of the best coffee I have ever had. Her knowledge of coffee (seriously check out her background) is incredible, and yet, she is approachable, patient and extremely kind. If you are looking for a great way to spend a few hours, go to the Roasting lab and spend some time with the team, get hooked on the incredible coffee and become life long customers.

Absolutely love the cold brew. Its a favorite stop any time of day for the kids and I. It’s aways a 3 coffee minimum, the pumpkin bread is a family favorite and the GF donuts are amazing.

My fiancé and I frequented the shop in Dover - I would recommend it to anyone in that area. I still think about the mocha made with real cocoa - not the squirt bottle most shops use.

Recently I moved away, and after trying several local coffees that weren’t on par with Flight, I ordered a 1 lb. bag to be shipped. The coffee was delicious! Perfect for a French press (my preferred method of brew).

Now I am on a weekly subscription, where they send a 1 lb. bag weekly of a varietal source. I would recommend it to anyone who is a consistant coffee drinker - it really showed me the wide array of coffee flavors from many regions around the world.

Special shout out to Katherine, who has been amazing at communicating, especially once when the shipping company was late on a delivery: she arranged to send a bag a few days early and was very compassionate about an error that wasn’t the company’s fault.

Thanks again to the whole team! Looking forward to many, many more flavors in my mornings with delicious coffee from Flight.

A wonderful addition to Bedford. Flight not only serves delicious coffee, pastries, and bagels, they give back to the community in many ways. A highly recommended and welcoming gathering spot.
