I want to give five stars. The food, awesome. The Cronuts, so good. But there are little things that just keep it from being next level. #1. Can't order breakfast sandwiches/breakfast online, and can't order over the phone, but they will answer the phone to tell you they can't take an order over the phone, lol. ( I get it on a busy weekend, but we are talking a wed. morning) But you can order ahead online for lunch sandwiches? The "working" crowd isn't going to show up, order their food, wait for it, and then go back to work. #2. Coffee is good, but lightroast isn't a lightroast (yes, that's a little nitpicky) but still has a good flavor, however it isn't hot. Add a little cream, luke warm coffee at best which to me is rule #1 for a coffee shop. It's the little things missing that I think are keeping this shop from being one of my favorites around... unfortunately... because I think it's that good. Too many coffee shops get these parts wrong and only cater to those that have nothing better to do with their day except go to the coffee shop as if that's the event for the day. ;)

Great specialty drinks (coffee, tea, cider in the fall) and a small selection of sandwiches. Great selection of baked goods (brownies, cookies, cronuts).

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. From their espresso beans that first drew me to Flight, to their coffee creations (try the Lavender-Honey-Latte!), to their Mile-High Cronuts (in many varieties), this place is top-notch! We drool over the pictures on-line and can't wait to stop in and take away something yummy. The owner does a phenomenal job with community outreach and fostering a sense of belonging too. I'm so glad they moved closer to my home and work. XOXO!

Unique little place. Stopped in while on a long drive, definitely planning on coming back! I loved the space theme, but anticipate a small wait, as they seemed pretty popular!

The cronuts are amazing. World class; I've had donuts in Berlin, Portland, OR, New York, New Orleans-- they stack up favorably to any great doughnuts I've ever had. The coffee is lighter roast/ different flavor profile than I care for, but I can tell it's special. It's certainly made with care, and Flight does a great job.

Fantastic boutique coffee roaster in a New location in Bedford, NH! Come in and grab some beans, or stop and have a freshly brewed coffee, cappuccino, or other hot drink, and try one of their fresh donuts or other pastries! Their incredible rotation array of coffees provides several intriguing options to keep things fun! Prepare to take Flight!!

Great d(cr)onuts & bagel sandwiches. I only drink tea, all the drinks I've gotten have been delicious. Beautiful space, with good tables to work or chat - can be a little loud for work if you have calls but I welcome the livelihood after working at home for so long!

Flight Coffe might be the best coffee I've ever had. It's definitely the best coffee in southern NH.
Fast service with care put into each cup of coffee, their pride really shines through here.

Flight has the BEST cronuts! Everything from the food to the drinks is always top notch. And their staff is amazing too!! So friendly and make a great addition to the community.

OBSESSED with this place. Their coffee, pastries, and friendly service is phenomenal. Claudia has the best team around-what they all do there is magical. So excited to see y’all move into the new space soon, and become a true Bedford staple of comfort and community (more so than you already are!).
