The server knows no customer service at all! No smile she look very unhappy! I found a piece of glass in my coffee cup while I was drinking it, brought it up to the manager she seems not concerned at all about it! And did not even offer us absolutely nothing to make up for the incident! The only good thing about this place is the food! Otherwise I would not recommend this place at all!!

Great place..food an service excellent! Can be busy an be prepared for waiting during high volume times but worth the wait, Highly recommend!

Attenative and friendly service, the coffee is made from the heart, the food is exceptional and the chefs know what they are doing. This is a great place for the casual eater. If you're from out of town I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Sparks or Reno. You will not be disappointed at the food as well as the friendly staff and service, prices are decent for great food! It opens early and closes early afternoon, well worth it!

I've lived in Reno for years and I'm seriously sad it took me so long to try Sparks coffee shop. The wait was minimal, service was great and the food was AMAZING. One of the best chili rellenos I've ever had.

Always great food and good service

I went with a friend for lunch/brunch. The place was well lit and all tables were filled with families and friends with the staff running a waiting list. With all the people there i noticed it wasn't overcrowded. The food was good and the mimosa was sweet. Lovely place with lots of beautiful art work to look at. I will be going back again. Smiles

First time there! Excellent service and food. I had the Steak Benedict, thick apple wood bacon and a fruit bowl.

Great service. Their homemade fries are the best. Food was good.
