Well made, expensive, but good food, terrible service. The waiter kid disregarded both times I asked where half of my meal was. It wasn't until I went up to the counter and talked to a cashier before my food was even made. Coffee was good but not as good as many of the nearby alternatives. Food was not worth the price.

I have been here many times since moving to Reno, yes they are a little pricey on their food, but it is good food with great service. You really get what you pay for here in Reno.

Wonderful experience. Great food! I love supporting independent local businesses.

had breakfast at your location on Wells Av today. Great food but severely understaffed. If it wasn't for your employee Anthony Barone we would have walked out. He is a great employee and needs help to run your establishment.

You order at the counter and then pay for your food, including tip, before you have any idea of the service - or lack of! Girl didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink and then when we asked for water a gal brought one little glass... I guess to share amongst the three of us. Pancakes served without butter... biscuits (of biscuits and gravy) more like cornbread and the gravy?.... not enough time to talk about the gravy. When we asked (for the second time) for a to-go box for the pancakes we were told to get our own. The best part was the young gal who took our order blew her nose while standing in the food prep area and did not go wash her hands.

I like this place but it's always so crowded and for some reason there are fly's every time. Parking can be a nightmare as well. The food and coffee are great. I recommend coming in nice weather to enjoy your items outside or getting it to go.

My dad took me to this delightful local place my first time in town. Cozy environment, fresh and delicious food, a at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Unless you're really into burritos, this isn't a great option for breakfast. Not many veggie options and the coffee was fancy but not really remarkable. There are better and cheaper places on all fronts in Reno now.

The Waldens coffeehouse at the Mayberry landing in Reno has some wonderful items on their menu. I could go there every day if I could. I love the Italian flair, I would love the owner and what hehas done with the place. I especially love their meatball sandwiches for lunch or the frittatas for breakfast. They are both so glad that I couldn't pick one so I trade off and I enjoy that with one of their lovely mimosas.
