I live in Montana but travel to the Bay Area periodically. I make a point to stop at Waldenโs every time I drive through Reno. Their steak panini is magnificent! As long as they are open, I will never miss an opportunity to eat here.

Atmosphere was ok but when I complained about the half and half being out of date the soft male clerk called the cops and refused a refund of the coffee. Good thing #WashoeCountyhealth is on the side of us.

Amazing ๐๐ผ went for a sit down breakfast with business associates. Decided to try the avocado toast Twerk addition. I was definitely very satisfied with every bite. Now I'm on a mission to make it myself!

This coffee spot has the nicest people, great prices, and a make some really good specially coffees with non dairy options and lots of choices. Good food choices too. Live the McWalden and I'd rather support a small business as opposed to a chain coffee house

The only coffee that I like as much as Starbucks in a cozy cafe setting. They offer a lot more than just coffee and baked goods; I saw they had a breakfast special of Apple wood smoked ham with eggs and either fruit or potato's. Mostly locals and no franchise feeling.

all I had was regular cup of coffee which was EXCELLENT. But, like all the coffee places, this one also does not have powered creamer for the lactose intollerent- like me. Cow's milk has cholesereral as well as a sugar we shouldn't have after the age of 4. I needed a quadruple bypass at 45 yrs due to this naughty molecule (look it up). I solved problem by bringing a old medication container with powered "good stuff." I do not always have this with me though.
The establishment was clean with friendly masked employees, I will return.......with my medication container.

Went here for coffee and a little breakfast, and it was good, just not great. The decor and facility are great, with lots of choices for seating, and the staff was tres friendly. The menu looked good and there seemed to be a pretty healthy crowd of devoted regulars.

First time visitor. Coffee was way better than I was expecting. Iced coffee and nitro cold brew are both full of those good subtle flavors.
For food, I had the biscuits and gravy and I have to say, probably my favorite in town so far. Biscuits were crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Gravy and sausage were perfect. Normally I like A LOT of gravy, but these biscuits didn't need it. My buddy had a smothered breakfast burrito w/chorizo which was massive in size and flavor. We'll be back ๐

This place has always great food. When the order is place correctly. At the Mayberry location, they have seem to have hired employees who like to get high, or completely are brainless about the menu or how to take an order. On top of that they do not know how to make a Matcha green tea latte. Someone needs to show that entire frontline how to take orders and make a latte! A complete watered down green water with lukewarm milk and no honey added. This place really needs barista training. I tried two different times. The second time one was even done by the female owner.

When you want to feel like family early in the morning, Walden's Coffeehouse is the place. Delicious and nutritious (of course you can get a healthy dose of sugar). I love the Avocado Toast and Smash Walden with a side of coffee cake and orange cranberry scone. The Nitro Cold Brew with heavy whipping cream was served promptly ๐ Looking forward to starting my next vacation mornings off right.
