Walden's Coffeehouse

Drip coffee is weak, like they dont use enough grounds. It is worse then gas station coffee, no joke. Also, this place is grossly overpriced.

I come here on a weekly basis and every time is wonderful. Not only is the coffee and food great but their employees really make this place top notch. Thank you guys for remembering my name and making me feel welcome!

Forgot to put espresso in a mocha. For shame. Owner took our order. Very rude. Instead of yelling at your employees maybe understand you need to work on yourself on how to do your job.

Ordered online, the biscuits and gravy didn't make it into the to-go bag. The staff was awesome and promptly made things right. The food and coffee were delicious!!!

Walked in and stood there for ten minutes waiting to order, just so they can ignore me until 3pm and tell me that they are closed and can’t get me an iced chai because their machine is being washed. Even though an iced chai doesn’t require the use of an esspresso machine. Stupid. Won’t be back.

Excellent food and a great atmosphere. The Italian dip is to die for, served with green salad. Also a small selection of brews on tap.

Cute little place, lots of local art for sale on the walls. Food is all made from scratch, even down to the yummy hummus. My husband ate his Italian Dip sandwich so fast he liked it so much. I enjoyed the Greek Salad and a bowl of delicious Minestrone Soup with fresh spinach on top. It was served with a buttery slice of crostini which I broke up and used as croutons in my soup. So delish! Whenever we come to Reno we make sure to eat at Walden's! Robin and Bob Kent from Oakdale, CA

Not impressed... Avocado Toast was tiny, no umbrellas for the outside seating, didn't get a knife nor a napkin with my food. Bathroom was untidy... just too many small things that were off for a higher rating. Pitty.

Great coffee house,usually busy, good food and service great as well, a little pricey but worth it! Plenty of seating and warm atmosphere,all tables no couches or leather chairs.

They got 2 stars because the sandwich was good. The atmosphere however gets a ZERO as wife and I had to fight a swarm of flies the entire lunch.
