O Happy Bread

What a great bakery! A hidden gem in the desert! I was looking for a little pastry or donut for my trip back to Vegas. I wound up buying 3 pastries and 2 loaves of bread. My girlfriend, who happens to be a baker as well, loved the bread! She said it was better then anything we've gotten in Vegas.

Ordered two cappuccino, a tiramisu and baguette. Waited 12 minutes for the cappuccinos and when they came they were cold. Tiramisu was ok but so little liquid that the lady fingers were semi hard and middle was more gelatin than creamy. Baguette was good.

5 stars for excellent bread and croissants. minus 1 star as the beignets are just American donuts level. they need to be crispy outside and chewy inside and these are not. will come back again just for the breads.

I can’t even describe how incredible this place is. I came to Pahrump to ride my pedal bike big miles in Death Valley. They supplied me with the energy. A TRUE GEM. Not just for Pahrump, but for the USA. I’ve travelled all over the world multiple times and this is Hands down the best bread out there.

Food has always been amazing and fresh. The small bistro atmosphere is a welcome change. The best part is the desserts!!

I used to like going there. However, my last experience has made me think twice about returning. I ordered a simple sandwich and instead ended up with items I was charged for but did not ask for. My sandwich was also not the one I ordered. Finally I received another sandwich but also not what I ordered. Not once was I offered a refund or even an apology. A waste of money and a waste of time.

Such a great place, prices are very reasonable. I loved the atmosphere. As a German I have to admit that the bread is excellent.

Baked goods excellent! Cappuccino....uuuuugggggg...tasted like very very burnt coffee beans....almost had to spit it out. Onion soup, Luke warm..no toasted top or cheese...asked for cheese...got grated cheese...on the side..did come w un toasted bread on the side... stick w dessert! They were delicious.

Super duper excellent quiche... amazing fruit tarts and freshest bread anywhere as a whole make it there in the shop.... great price is very reasonable also their onion soup is very good...

Will be definitely going back there and also mentioned & recommended it to several people already.
The owner's son was in. he is from France and we told him about some fun stuff to do for travels nearby..
