JENN I GOT THIS! (BL0NDY)
Went in here on New Year's Eve, probably about 9-10 o'clock PM. We decided to go ahead and get something to eat since we were still waiting for the ball to drop. We were sat at a table, the restaurant was literally empty! A gentleman with dark Brown Hair and dark complexion looked right at us and continue to me under around the restaurant doing pretty much nothing. I finally waved him down and asked if I could ask him a question about the menu. After asking the question he gave me the answer which was literally what was your soup of the day, and then didn't say can I get you something to drink I'll be right back, or anything. He just walked away we didn't see him come back out for almost 10 minutes and even then he didn't look our way once, to find out he was our server and we finally decided to hack with it we stood up and walked went to walk out. I stopped by the front desk to the manager and let him know that we were leaving because we had been there for a total of 20 minutes spoke to the server once about the soup of the day and had not seen or heard from anybody since , the manager acted like he could care less, he would not even look me in the eye. He then said ok bye.....

The hash browns and Denver omelette hit the spot the accompanying biscuits were a Cook's afterthought - better not served to patrons. The side order of sausage links lacked any eye appeal, the kind bought specially priced cheap in Walmart frozen cases. Disguising them in ketchup didn't help. The less-prime-more-choice rib was only picked at.

Food was great but the service was mediocre at best. when we were getting our order taken she was very quick and short. With that being said I was quickly cut off as she walked away in a hurry when I still had more to order. Before she left my wife asked for seasoned fries and instead of the I'm sorry we don't have that It was more of "regular fries only" Our bill quickly came and dessert was never offered.
I could understand if you had a full house but we are currently social distancing and every other table was empty. Every 5 minutes someone came to take plate away. Giving us the feeling to hurry up and get out. I have been here before and have never felt this way. Maybe today was just an odd day.
Khalona please make sure your guest feel like you have all the time in the world for them.

Everytime we come to Mesquite we always eat at Mason's inside Eureka casino. The best prime rib but nobody beats the service you get.

Management has much to be desired. Eureka management needs to get a handle on this part of the casino before they lose more gamers. Carol a cashier should not be allowed in the face of public. The manager Joe is a poor example of management. All the employees have a negative attitude. This all stems from management. Employees are only as good as managed. This is hospitality. These gamers pay for service. Life is about respect on every level.
This place has many complaints not documented on google.
The food is poor - employees need to step up to keep patrons to make up for the food
Poor example of the Eureka
It’s all about management

There is always something good cooking here. Try the steak and shrimp Friday and Saturday nights. The best spaghetti and meatballs anywhere.

Very clean, for a casino restaurant. The food was good and was inexpensive. Service was a bit slow.

Prime rib was very tough and was not worth the money. It has always been very good their, new cook or bad meat eck

Asked for coffee with flavored creamer. Came with coffee, no creamer. I asked several times and a couple different workers, didn't get creamer until our server brought out a to go coffee and it was plain creamer (even after I stated several times I don't like it). My wings were way too over cooked. My friend asked for biscuits and gravy, he received brown gravy instead of white. Server had a bit of an attitude until the end, he was okay. Overall, not great.

We usually get the prime rib. They do it bet we'll here, if that's your thing. The service is already great!
